dc.description.abstract | Za ispitivanje likopinske i beta karotinske produkcije u zavisnosti od ishrane mineralnim makrohranivima, korišćen je industrijski paradajz cv. Marko F1. Biljke su gajene na supstratu koji se sastojao od komposta (75%) i zeoplanta (25%), i prihranjivane rastvorom mineralnih đubriva: Haifa-Multi-K Mg, 12% N, 0%P, 43%K, 2% Mg, Haifa Poly-feed ME, 11% azota, 44% fosfora i 11% i mikroelemenata, KP (K+P) - mešavina ova dva đubriva i kontrolna varijanta je tretirana sa 12% azota. Najmanji sadržaj β-karotina imao je tretman sa povišenim sadržajem kalijuma, što se može tumačiti ubrzavanjem procesa sazrevanja pod uticajem kalijumovih jona, odnosno da se većina β-karotina transformisala u likopin. | sr |
dc.description.abstract | In order to research lycopene and beta carotene production depending on mineral macro-nutrition, an industrial tomato cv. Marko F1 has been used. Plants have been grown on substrate made from compost (75%) and zeolite (25%) and treated with mineral fertilizers solution: Haifa-Multi-K Mg, 12% N, 0%P, 43%K, 2% Mg, Haifa Poly-feed ME, 11% nitrogen, 44% phosphorus and 11% of microelements, KP(K+P) – mixture of these two fertilizers, while the control has been treated with 12% of nitrogen. The lowest content of β-carotene had treatment with the increased potassium content, which can be in connection with maturation process influenced by potassium ions, which means that the most of β-carotene has been transformed to lycopene. | sr |
