Influence of effective microorganisms on bioactive substances in different plant species

AB  - Due to the pronounced food needs of the growing population, inputs in agricultural production in the form of fertilizers, pesticides and mechanization of agriculture have increased, which has led to higher yields, but also numerous problems in the environment. Although agriculture is highly dependent on climate conditions, it also has a significant role in changing them. All of this has influenced the introduction of measures to replace chemical inputs and protect the health of people and ecosystems. One of the measures is the introduction of different microbiological products into the production technology. In order to test the effect of effective microorganisms in the preparation (EM Aktiv (trade name) on the characteristic bioactive substances of certain plant species, research was conducted on different genotypes: lettuce on the total antioxidant potential and vitamin C, wheat on the grain protein content and corn on the nitrogen content. Research has been carried out for many years in different agro-climatic conditions. Using preparations with effective microorganisms, it is possible to increase the content of biologically active substances in agricultural and vegetable crops and alleviate the stress of plants in unfavorable agro-meteorological conditions.

AB  - One of the latest environmentally friendly methods in soybean production technology is the pulsed electromagnetic field of low frequencies (PEMP). The paper presents the results of the influence of electromagnetic stimulation of soybean seeds on grain yield, protein and oil yield, depending on different agroclimatic conditions, exposure time and frequency. In the 2012–2017 research period, the soybean cv. Valjevka was used in the Institute of Field and Vegetable Agriculture experimental field, Novi Sad, Serbia. Immediately before sowing, the seeds were subjected to PEMP treatment, with a pulse generator and a tape applicator, in the following variants: electromagnetic field frequencies of 16, 24 and 30 Hz, and exposure time of 0, 30 and 60 min. The most successful variant of seed stimulation for all three examined parameters was at 16 Hz and 30 min, where the research results show that this measure can increase the examined parameters by more than 10%. The average yield of grain for all years of research with seed stimulation was 4.85% (3 338 kg/ha) compared to the control (3 203 kg/ha). The average grain protein yield in the treatments with PEMP was 1 315 kg/ha, which was 4.26% higher compared to the variant without PEMP
(1 260 kg/ha), and the treatment was 4% higher in the average oil yield, 703 kg/ha compared to the control 676 kg/ha.
Also, the analysis of the mutual dependence of the indicators is in a positive correlation, which is essential for plant breeding and the development of new technologies, which have economic justification, are safe for use and have
a positive impact on adverse effects such as drought.

AB  - Common wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) is a crop predominantly used in food and feeds.
Modern agricultural production implies rather an irrational use of large amounts of pesticide
and mineral fertilizers, significantly diminishing the quality of agricultural land, and
negatively affecting the environment, food quality and human health. In order to diminish
adverse effects of intensive agricultural production, farmers around the world incline to an
increased use of microorganisms to reduce the use of mineral fertilizers and pesticides to
some extent. Agricultural production is facing certain requirements to reduce chemical inputs
in order to protect the environment, produce safe and profitable food. This situation is
additionally aggravated by climate changes that require many practices to adapt accordingly.
The experimental research was carried out during 2016-2019 at the “PKB Agroekonomik”
Institute. Field operations were done with typical agricultural practices, and four variants of
fertilization were set up. Prior to sowing, 400 kg ha-1 NPK 15:15:15 was applied. Different
rates of UREA 46% N were used in spring top-dressing of the crops. Aside of mineral
fertilizer, microbiological products with active microorganisms were also used for topdressing.
Two wheat varieties – Ratarica and Pobeda were used. The goal of the research was
to determine the impact of different rates of fertilizer and microbiological products on
productive and morphological properties of wheat.

AB  - In modern directions of food production, it is necessary to apply measures that would reduce the
possibility of soil degradation. The aim of the work was to determine the influence of effective
microorganisms on the basic parameters of soil biogenicity in the production of wheat and corn. The
experiment with wheat was carried out in 2019 and the experiment with maize in 2017.
Agroecological conditions in 2019 were optimal for wheat production. In 2017, unfavorable
agrometeorological conditions for maize production were recorded. In both experiments, the
microbiological preparation EM Aktiv with effective microorganisms was used. With wheat, it was
applied twice foliarly with 6 l ha-1. In the case of maize, EM Aktiv was introduced into the soil before
sowing at 20 l ha-1 and foliarly applied twice at 6 l ha-1. The rhizosphere soil was analyzed. The total
number of microorganisms and the abundance of Azotobacter in wheat were determined. In the case
of corn, the total number of microorganisms and the number of ammonifiers were determined. In both
experiments, an increase in the number of tested groups of microorganisms was found. The percentage
increase in abundance depended on the genotype of wheat and corn. Based on the results, it was
concluded that the application of effective microorganisms is necessary and that in sustainable food
production systems it should be a mandatory measure to preserve the basic resources for food
production.

AB  - Agriculture has managed to produce enough food for the accelerated population
growth, which has led to environmental transformation and increasingly intensive exploitation of
both renewable and non-renewable natural resources. The use of synthetic plant protection
agents and fertilizers can lead to negative consequences in food production. Identification of
agricultural food production systems is gaining importance in order to protect human health and
the environment. Interest in the cultivation of certain plant species with an innovative approach
to cultivation and technology has grown significantly. Organic and integrated agriculture implies
the use of natural products while limiting or completely eliminating the use of synthetic
resources. Knowledge of the mineral composition in tomato samples can be used as a potent tool
in the identification of chemical markers as potential indicators of the farming system. The goal of
the research is to determine the impact of different production systems on the content of
macroelements in the fruits of different types of tomatoes.

AB  - Visoki prinosi i stabilna proizvodnja soje pod direktnim su uticajem
količine i dostupnosti hraniva biljkama. Cilj ovih istraživanja je
ispitivanje uticaja NPK đubriva sa mikroelementima i efektivnih
mikroorganizama na visinu biljaka kod tri sorte soje, različite grupe
zrenja. Efektivni mikroorganizmi i NPK đubrivo sa mikroelementima
statistički veoma značajno povećavaju visinu biljaka soje. NPK đubrivo
sa mikroelementima povećalo je visinu biljaka za 1,92%, dok je
kombinacija NPK đubriva sa mikroelementima i efektivnih
mikroorganizama povećala visinu biljaka soje za 6,30%.
AB  - High yields and stable soybean production are under direct influence
of plant nutrient quantity and availability. The aim of this research was to
examine the effect of NPK fertilizer with trace elements and effective microorganisms on the plant height of three soybean varieties which
belong to different maturation groups. Effective microorganisms and

AB  - The research was carried out in three vegetative seasons 2015/16, 2016/17, and 2018/19, on an experimental plot in Padinska Skela, Belgrade, Serbia. The supplement included four NPK treatments (kg ha−1) and foliar treatment with effective microorganisms (EM 7 l ha−1) T1-129: 60: 60; T2-129: 60: 60 + 1 EM; T3-106: 60: 60 + 2 EM ; T4-83: 60: 60 + 3 EM. Four wheat genotypes were sown (Ratarica, Pobeda, Nogal, and Apache). Thousand grain weight and grain yield were determined. The thousand grain weight (TGW) was in the variety Pobeda 43.73 g, and the highest grain yield was in the variety Ratarica 7.02 tha−1. Both varieties are medium late, bread varieties. The treatments have different effects on the studied variables. The TGW was the highest in the T2 treatment of 40.81 g and the grain yield in T3 of 6.62 t ha−1, which was at the level of statistical significance of p > 0.01. The crude protein content was highest in the treatment of T2 13.93% (p > 0.01).

AB  - Soja je leguminoza sposobna da usvaja elementarni azot iz vazduha zahvaljujući simbiozi sa kvržičnim bakterijama. Inokulacija semena soje visokoefektivnim bakterijama povećava usvajanje azota i pozitivno deluje na ostvareni prinos. Cilj ovoga rada je sagledavanje uticaja primene NS Nitragina na prinos šest sorti soje različitih grupa zrenja. Inokulacija statistički veoma značajno povećava prinos soje, a povećanje se u proseku kretalo od 6,13% kod sorte NS Zoja do 8,49% kod sorte Sava.
AB  - Soybeans are legumes capable of absorbing elemental nitrogen from the air thanks to symbiosis with symbiotic bacteria. Inoculation of soybean seeds with highly effective bacteria increases nitrogen uptake and has a positive effect on the achieved yield. The aim of this paper is to consider the effect of NS Nitragine application on the yield of six soybean cultivars of different maturation groups. Inoculation statistically significantly increased soybean yield, and the increase ranged from 6.13% in the cultivar NS Zoja to 8.49% in the cultivar Sava.

AB  - Maize production is intensified with a larger amount of mineral fertilisers in the era of meteorological conditions change, which leads to a decrease in the reserves of microelements in the soil. The aim of this study was to determine the influence of zinc application on grain yield, nitrogen and carbon content in grain of three maize genotypes in the period 2016–2018 (factor A). Factor B: cultivars ZP 427, ZP 548 and ZP 687 belonging to different maturation groups. Factor C: Various zinc treatments were applied: T1 – control; T2 – 25 kg Zn2+/ha (35 g of ZnSO4 on the experimental plot) was introduced into the soil before sowing; T3 – seed treatment (0.129 g of ZnSO4 • 7 H2O) + foliar treatment (2 L/ha liquid fertiliser 7% Zn2+). The average yield for all examined variables was 7.33 t/ha. On average, T2 (8.08 t/ha) treatment showed a highly significant effect on the yield in relation to T1 (7.03 t/ha) and on T3 (7.21 t/ha). On average, the amount of nitrogen determined for all cultivars was the highest in T3 (1.52%). The highest carbon content was in T1 (41.78%), which is at the level of significance of P < 0.01 more than T2 (41.46%), while in relation to T3 (40.99%) there is no significance.

Content of crude protein in bread winter wheat grain depending on nitrogen fertilization and foliar application of effective microorganisms

AB  - The aim of this study was to determine the grain protein content of wheat varieties grown under different application rates of effective microorganisms (EM) and nitrogen, and two sowing rates. Three-year research was conducted at the experimental filed of the Scientific Institute PKB Agroekonomik Padinska Skela, using four varieties of wheat (Ratarica, Pobeda, Nogal and Apache), two sowing densities of 400 and 500 seeds/m2 and T1 fertilization (150 kg/ha N); T2 (150 kg/ha N + one foliar treatment, T3 (100 kg/ha N + two foliar treatments), and T4 (50 kg/ha N + three foliar treatments). The preparation EM Aktiv 7 l/ha, a mixture of multiple selected microorganisms, was used for foliar treatment with EM. The average protein content was 13.95% and was statistically significantly dependent on the variety, fertilization, and their interaction p<0.01. The Ratarica and Pobeda varieties had the highest grain protein content. T3 treatment had the greatest impact on grain protein content in all three years of research, by using effective microorganisms, the level of protein in the grain can be maintained when the amount of nitrogen is reduced.

Possibility of wheat production in an integral system

AB  - The aim of this study was to determine the influence foliar application of the microbiological preparation (EM Aktiv) with a mixture of different groups of microorganisms (on different genotypes of wheat in sustainable agricultural production on the weight of 1000 grains and grain yield.) The research was conducted in the period 2016/2017-2018/2019 (factor A) in the region of Vojvodina, Serbia, which includes four varieties of wheat (factor B). Factor C three variants of nitrogen are provided for wheat nutrition: 129, 106 and 83 kgˑha-1. During the vegetation, applications were performed with the microbiological preparation "EM Aktiv": F0 129 kgˑha-1 without EM, F1 129 kgˑha-1 + 1 x EM; F2 106 kgˑha-1 + 2 x EM; F3 83 kgˑha-1 + 3 x EM. At the end of the growing season, the weight of 1000 grains and the grain yield were measured. Factors A and B had an effect on the increase of the tested traits p<0.01. The highest values were recorded in 2018/2019. Factor C affected an increase in the weight of 1000 grains from 0.14% (F3) to 1.91% (F1). The differences in grain yield were significantly influenced by treatments (C) (p<0.05). The increase was from 1.91 % (F3) to 4.76 % (F1).

AB  - U poslednjih dvadeset godina u Institutu PKB Agroekonomik pored oplemenjivanja pšenice, vrlo intezivno se radi i na oplemenjivanju drugih pravih ili hlebnih žita. Visokoprinosna, kasna sorta ozime raži PKB Zmaj dobijena je po pedigre metodi prostim ukrštanjem genetički različitih roditelja iz kolekcije Instituta PKB Agroekonomik: sorte Rtanj i linije PKB-R-105. Kod ove sorte ozime raži kombinovani su geni odgovorni za vrlo visok potencijal rodnosti, otpornost prema poleganju, niskim temperaturama i važnijim bolestima. Sorta ozime raži PKB Zmaj registrovana je od strane Ministarstva poljoprivrede, šumarstva i vodoprivrede Republike Srbije 2018. godine. Sorta PKB Zmaj ima visok genetski potencijal za rodnost i visoku adaptaciju na različite klimatsko-zemljišne uslove, pri optimalnoj agrotehnici.
AB  - For the last twenty years, in addition to breeding wheat, PKB Agroekonomik Institute has been working very intensively on breeding other real or bread grains. High-yielding, late winter rye variety PKB Zmaj has been obtained by the pedigree method by a simple crossing of genetically different parents from the collection of PKB Agroekonomik Institute: variety Rtanj and line PKB-R-105. This variety of winter rye combines genes responsible for very high yield potential, resistance to lodging, low temperatures and more significant diseases in the rye. Winter rye variety PKB Zmaj was registered by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management of the Republic of Serbia in 2018. With the use of optimal agricultural techniques, the variety PKB Zmaj has a high genetic potential for fertility and high adaptation to different climatic and soil conditions.

AB  - Пољски оглед са сортама пшенице НС-40 С, Звездана, Илина,
Футура, Мила, Обала, Влајна и Азра постављен је на земљишту типа
смоница током вегетационих сезона 2016/2017. и 2017/2018. године.
Циљ истраживања је био да се код осам новосадских сорти пшенице,
гајене на киселом земљишту, анализира принос и хектолитарска
маса зрна. Највеће вредности испитиваних особина установљене су
у години са умереним температурама и великом количином
падавина у вегетационој 2017/2018. години. Сорте Футура, Азра и
Обала имале су највећи принос зрна. Сорта Влајна одликовала се
највећом хектолитарском масом. Анализом варијансе установљен је
високо значајан утицај вегетационе сезоне на принос и
хектолитарску масу зрна.
AB  - The field experiment with wheat varieties NS-40 S, Zvezdana, Ilina,
Futura, Mila, Obala, Vlajna and Azra was set up on smonica type land
during the vegetation seasons of 2016/17 and 2017/18. The aim of the
research was to analyze the yield and hectoliter mass of eight Novi Sad
wheat cultivars grown on acidic soil. The highest values of the examined
traits were established in the year with moderate temperatures and a large
amount of precipitation in the vegetation year 2017/18. The varieties
Futura, Azra and Obala had the highest grain yield. The Vlajna variety
was characterized by the largest hectoliter mass. Analysis of variance
revealed a highly significant influence of the growing season on yield and
hectolitre mass.

Analiza prinosa zrna i kvaliteta brašna nekih sorata ozime pšenice u proizvodnoj 2020. godini

AB  - Pšenica je tijekom cijele ljudske civilizacije bila bazni i vitalni sastojak
svakodnevne ishrane ljudi i domaćih životinja. U Republici Srbiji posljednjih
nekoliko godina izražena je traženost sorti pšenice, koje pored visokog i
stabilnog prinosa imaju i dobre parametre kvalitete brašna. U provedenim
istraživanjima u 2019/2020. godini sorta s najstabilnijim prinosom i dobrom
kvalitetom zrna pokazala se sorta Nogal. Ova sorta ima visok sadržaj kvalitetnih
proteina, a analogno tome je i visok sadržaj glutena, ali i kvaliteta, što su
potvrdila reološka mjerenja. Ostvareni visoki prinosi zrna ispitivanih sorata
pšenice jesu rezultat interakcije genetičkog potencijala ispitivanih sorata
pšenice i primjene dobre agrotehnike u uvjetima kada raspored padalina u
tijeku vegetacijske sezone, od momenta sjetve, pa do žetve nije pogodovao
proizvodnji pšenice. Istraživanja su pokazala da se sorte Talas, Pobeda i Nogal
mogu svrstati u kvalitetnu grupu A2, odnosno to su sorte dobre kvalitete brašna
i hljeba i kao takve spadaju u grupu poboljšivača. Sorte Merkur, Imperija,
Ratarica i Vizantija svrstane su u kvalitetnu grupu B1 tj. one su dobre hljebne
sorte. Sorta NS 40 S svrstana je u kvalitetnu grupu B2.
AB  - Throughout human civilization, wheat has been the basic and vital
ingredient of daily nutrition for both humans and animals. In the last few years,
in the Republic of Serbia, there has been a pronounced demand for wheat
varieties that, in addition to high and stable yields also have good flour quality
parameters. Implemented investigations in 2019/2020 showed that the variety
with the most stable yield and good grain quality was the Nogal variety. This variety has a high quality proteins content, and as an analogue also a high gluten
content, but also quality confirmed by rheological measurements. Realized high
grain yields of investigated wheat varieties result from the interaction between
the genetic potential of investigated wheat varieties and applied good
agrotechnical procedures under conditions when the distribution of precipitation
during the vegetation season, from the moment of sowing, to the harvest, was
not favorable for wheat production. Investigations have shown that varieties
Talas, Pobeda and Nogal can be classified in quality group A2, i.e. they are
varieties for good quality flour and bread, and as such they fall within the group
of enhancers. Varieties Merkur, Imperija, Ratarica and Vizantija were placed in
quality group B1 i.e. they are good bread varieties. The variety NS 40 S was
classified into quality group B2.

AB  - Примена фолијарних ђубрења у току вегетационог периода соје
има позитиван ефекат на висину приноса и квалитет зрна соје. Циљ
овога двогодишњег истраживања је сагледавање утицаја фолијарне
примене НПК ђубрива са микроелементима и 3% раствора УРЕЕ на
принос код три сорте соје различите групе зрења. Година и сорта
имају статистички веома значајан утицај на висину приноса соје.
Фолијарна примена НПК ђубрива са микроелементима, као и
примена 3% раствора урее статистички веома значајно је повећала
принос соје, а статистички веома значајне разлике биле су и између
ова два примењена ђубрива.
AB  - The application of foliar fertilizers during the soybean vegetation
period has a positive effect on the yield and soybean grain quality. The
aim of this two-year study is to consider the effect of foliar application of
NPK fertilizers with microelements and 3% UREE solution on the yield
of three soybean varieties of different ripening groups. The year and
variety have a statistically very significant effect on soybean yield. Foliar
application of NPK fertilizers with microelements, as well as application
of 3% urea solution statistically significantly increased soybean yield, and
statistically very significant differences were between these two applied
fertilizers.

повећавају у Србији. У односу на 2011. годину забележено је
повећање површина од 136% у 2019. години.
Због специфичности органске производње парадајза, могуће је
користити различите врсте микоризних гљива.

Serbia. Compared to 2011, there was an increase in area by 136% in

AB  - If the incorporation of organic matter from treated plots microbiological preparations can be significantly affected by changes in the microbial community of mineralization significantly bulky organic matter. The aim of the study was to determine the basic parameters of soil biogenicity before sowing soybeans on the parcels where the corn was pre-sown under the following fertilization variants: 1. Mineral fertilizer 100 kg N / ha; 2. Corn stalks; 3. Corn stalks + 80 kgN / ha; 4. Corn stalks + 80 kgN / ha +20 lit / ha EM Aktiv. At the beginning of vegetation, microbial soil characteristics up to a depth of 0-20 cm were determined according to the number of different physiological and systemic groups of microorganisms The total number of microorganisms as well as the number of tested microorganism groups had the highest values in variant 4. Given that the synthesis of humus is a long slow process, it can be concluded that the cultivation of maize and the introduction of different groups of microorganisms can affect significant processes in the soil.

AB  - Visokoprinosna, rana sorta ozime pšenice PKB Vizantija dobijena je
metodom proste hibridizacije genetički različitih roditelja: sorte Chopin i sorte
PKB Arena. Kod ove sorte uspešno su kombinovani geni odgovorni za vrlo visok
potencijal rodnosti, solidan tehnološki kvalitet, otpornost prema poleganju, niskim
temperaturama i vaţnijim bolestima kod pšenice. Sorta PKB Vizantija
registrovana je od strane Ministarstva poljoprivrede, šumarstva i vodoprivrede
Republike Srbije 2018. godine. Poseduje vrlo visoku biološku plastičnost i
adaptaciju na različite klimatsko-zemljišne uslove i stabilnost prinosa, pri
optimalnim nivoima agrotehnike. Na osnovu pokazatelja tehnološkog kvaliteta,
svrstana je u II kvalitetnu klasu, B1 farinografsku kvalitetnu podgrupu i II
tehnološku grupu.
AB  - The high yielding, late winter wheat variety PKB Vizantija was
created using the method of hybridization of genetically divergent parents: the
variety Chopin and the variety PKB Arena. This variety successfully combines
genes responsible for high yield potential, good technological quality, and
resistance to lodging, low temperatures and more significant diseases of wheat. It
has been registered by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water
Management of the Republic of Serbia in 2018. It has broad adaptability, as well as
yield stability, which enables it to be grown under various climatic-soil conditions
with an optimum level of agrotechnics. Based on indicators of technological
quality, it was placed in Quality Class II, Farinography Quality Subgroup B1, and
Technology Group II.

AB  - Pšenica je glavna hrana u skoro svim delovima sveta. Globalna
potražnja za pšenicom raste za oko 2% na godišnjem nivou, dva puta brže od stope
prirasta genetičkog potencijala za prinos. Na visinu prinosa pšenice pored
agroekoloških uslova značajno utiče ishrana azotom, kao i optimalna gustina setve.
Optimalnom gustinom se značajno utiče na komponente prinosa, kao što je broj
klasova, broj zrna u klasu i masu zrna u klasu. Savremeni trendovi u
poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji diktiraju metode kojima se moraju zadovoljiti
ekonomski, zdravstveni, ekološki principi, zato je za cilj istraživanja postavljeno
da se ispita uticaj interakcijskog odnosa genotipa i gustine setve pri održivom
načinu Ďubrenja na visinu prinosa zrna pšenice (kg/ha). Ogled je izveden na
oglednom polju PKB Instituta Agroekonomik 2017/2018 godine. Osnovno
Ďubrenje bilo je sa 400 kg/ha NPK (15:15:15) na celoj površini ogleda. U fazi
nicanja cela eksperimentalna površina je tretirana sa mikrobiološkim preparatom
EM Aktiv. U kontroli za prihranu se koristilo 150 kg/ha UREA-e tako je N1
129:60:60. U varijanti N2 primenjeno je 100 kg/ha UREA-e, tako da je ukupno

AB  - Wheat is the main food in almost all parts of the world. Global
demand for wheat grows by about 2% annually, twice as fast as the rate of increase
in genetic potential for yield. In addition to agroecological conditions, the yield of
wheat is significantly influenced by nitrogen nutrition, as well as the optimal
sowing density. The optimum density significantly influences the yield
components, such as the number of scales, the number of grains in the class and
the weight of the grain in the class. Modern trends in agricultural production
dictate methods that need to satisfy economic, health, environmental principles.
Therefore, the aim of the research was to investigate the influence of the
interaction relation between genotype and sow density in sustainable fertilization
method on the wheat grain yield (kg/ha). The visit was made in the field of PKB
Institute Agroekonomik 2017/2018 year. The basic fertilization was 400 kg/ha
NPK (15:15:15) on the entire surface of the experiment. During the emergence
phase, the whole experimental surface was treated with the microbiological
preparation EM Aktiv. In the feed control, 150 kg/ha of urea was used, so N1
129:60:60. In the N2 variant, 100 kg/ha urea was applied, so a total of 109:60:60
was entered. In the course of vegetation, crop was treated with 2 foliar treatment
with EM Aktiv. Three varieties of wheat Pobeda, Ratarica and Nogal were found
in two densities of 400 and 500 grains per 5 m2. The differences in yield yields
were significantly affected by the yield. For all genotypes in the density of 500

AB  - U radu je razmatrana opravdanost i mogućnost proizvodnje soje,
druge grupe zrenja, u organskom sistemu gajenja u cilju njene samoodrživosti uz
ostvarivanje stabilnog prinosa. Poljski ogled bio je postavljen po dizajnu
podeljenih parcela. Cilj ovog rada bio je da omogući sagledavanje razlika izmeĎu
sorti i primenjenih folijarnih tretmana sa rastvorom fermentisane koprive,
preparata Vital tricho i kombinacije fermentisane koprive i preparata Vital tricho
kao i interakcije oba faktora ispitivanja na broj bočnih grana i prinos zrna. Time bi
se u organskom sistemu biljne proizvodnje povećale površine pod leguminozama,
sa stabilnim zadovoljavajućim prinosima i raspolagalo sa sertifikovanim zrnom
soje proizvedenim sa dozvoljenim inputima. Polazna osnova u ovom radu bio je je
Zakon o organskoj proizvodnji i primenjena tehnologija organske proizvodnje.
UraĎena je analiza varijanse za obradu podataka, a srednje vrednosti testirane su
LSD testom. Oba faktora ispitivanja ispoljila su statistički značajan uticaj na
ispitivana svojstva.
AB  - In this paper, justification and posibilities of second maturity group
soybean production in an organic breeding system were examined, with the aim of
it’s self-sustainability along with achieving sustainable yield. The field experiment
was set by split-plot design. The aim of this paper was to enable the perceiving of
differences between varieties and applied foliar treatments with fermented nettle
solution, the preparation Vital tricho and a combination of fermented nettle and the
preparation Vital tricho, as well as the interaction between both examination
factors on the number of side branches and grain yield. Surfaces with legumes
would thereby extend in an organic system of plant production, with stable and
satisfactory yields and sertified soybean grain produced with allowed inputs would
be at disposal. The initial basis for this paper was The Law on Organic Production
and Applied Technology of Organic Production. An analysis of variance for data
processing, and average values were tested via LSD test. Both examination factors
have shone a statistically significant influence on the examined characteristics.

AB  - У одрживој пољопривредној производњи уношењем великих група
бенефитних микроорганизама у агроекосистем могу да се испуне циљева
IFOAM-а. Микробиолошки препарати могу да се примене као основно или
допунско ђубрење у исхрани биљака.
Применом препарат са ефективним микроорганизама у земљиште и
фолијарно преко листа биљака постижу се стабилни приноси кукуруза уз
очување биогености земљишта. Оглед је изведен 2016. године на
земљишту типа чернозем К.О. Србобран.
Третмани су повећали масу 1000 зрна кукуруза хибрида Пионеер 0412,
(п<0,05), док је принос зрна био повећан на нивоу п<0,01 у односу на
контролу. Основни параметри биогености су такође били повећани.
Укупан број бактерија у зависности од начина примене ефективних
микроорганоизама био је повећан од 23,08-84,90%, а број азотобактера
од 45,21-69,25%. Испитиване особине имале су највеће вредности у
третману када се препарат унео предсетвено у земљиште и применио
фолијарно два пута у вегетацији.
AB  - A professional manager in food and beverage service refers to a relationship
between food service revenues, profit costs and total business results. The aim
of our paper is to show how to analyze the menu for the purpose of establishing
which item on the menu most contributes to the increase in profit in a virtual
practical case of hospitality industry. Further, we intend to suggest how to
determine the volume and sales and to generate profit in our operations -
business planning. Due to limited space, only some methods of profit planning
and menu analysis have been shown. In this paper we will present three most
popular methods of menu analysis, as they are based on three leading
philosophical principles of the menu analysis. Matrix analysis allows items on
the menu to be categorized depending on their being above or below the
average items, such as: percentage of price, popularity and margin. The
profitability of the menu will be analyzed, as well as preparation of the cost,
volume and profit analyses. In a number of cases interpretation of the menu
analysis applies and elaborates other mathematical formulae and calculations.
This is just one of the components of the menu analysis. What we intend to show
in the paper is that the menu analysis is not merely about numbers. Food and
beverage manager should be familiar with various sciences and their methods
so as to cross data and thus obtain valid results which will be of help in
realizing profits in the hospitality industry.

AB  - Na lokalitetu Bačke Topole, u 2013. i 2014. godine izveden je poljski ogled po
slučajnom blok sistemu u četiri ponavljanja, sa rokovima setve običnog prosa (Panicum
miliaceum L.) sorte NS Biserka. Primenjeni rokovi setve obuhvatili su vremenski period od
dva meseca, od redovane setve (24. maja), preko zakasnele (6. juna), prave postrne (22.
juna) do zakasnele postrne setve (8. jula). Prosečna visina biljke se linearno smanjivala sa
kašnjenjem setve, kao i prinos prosa. U masi 1.000 zrna (krupnoći zrna) nije bilo statistički
značajne razlike između rokova setve, ali je i tu najveća masa 1000 zrna bila u prvom roku
setve i smanjivala se do zakasnele postrne setve.
Između redovne i zakasnele setve postoje značajnije razlike u prinosu zrna. To se isto
može reči i za razliku u prinosu između postrne i zakasnele postrne setve. Smanjenje prinosa
zrna u postrnoj, u odnosu na redovnu setvu u ovom ogledu je oko 50%.
AB  - A field experiment according to the random block system with four repetitions, with
sowing times was performed in 2013 and 2014 at the site in Bačka Topola, for NS Biserka
variety of common millet (Panicum miliaceum L.). Applied sowing times covered a time
period of two months, from regular sowing (24 May), to late sowing (6 June), real postharvest
sowing (22 June), to late post-harvest sowing (8 July). Average plant height, as well
as millet yield linearly decreased with later sowing. 1,000 grain weight (grain size) showed
no statistically significant difference between sowing dates, however, the highest 1000 grain
weight was registered for the first sowing date, and decreased to the late post-harvest
sowing.
There were significant differences for grain yield between regular and late sowing.
The same can be said for the difference of yield between post-harvest and late post-harvest
sowing. In this experiment, grain yield decrease in post-harvest in relation to regular sowing
was approximately 50%.

slučajnom blok sistemu u četiri ponavljanja, sa rokovima setve običnog prosa (Panicum
miliaceum L.) sorte NS Biserka. Primenjeni rokovi setve obuhvatili su vremenski period od
dva meseca, od redovane setve (24. maja), preko zakasnele (6. juna), prave postrne (22.
juna) do zakasnele postrne setve (8. jula). Prosečna visina biljke se linearno smanjivala sa
kašnjenjem setve, kao i prinos prosa. U masi 1.000 zrna (krupnoći zrna) nije bilo statistički
značajne razlike između rokova setve, ali je i tu najveća masa 1000 zrna bila u prvom roku
setve i smanjivala se do zakasnele postrne setve.
Između redovne i zakasnele setve postoje značajnije razlike u prinosu zrna. To se isto
može reči i za razliku u prinosu između postrne i zakasnele postrne setve. Smanjenje prinosa
zrna u postrnoj, u odnosu na redovnu setvu u ovom ogledu je oko 50%., A field experiment according to the random block system with four repetitions, with
sowing times was performed in 2013 and 2014 at the site in Bačka Topola, for NS Biserka
variety of common millet (Panicum miliaceum L.). Applied sowing times covered a time
period of two months, from regular sowing (24 May), to late sowing (6 June), real postharvest
sowing (22 June), to late post-harvest sowing (8 July). Average plant height, as well
as millet yield linearly decreased with later sowing. 1,000 grain weight (grain size) showed
no statistically significant difference between sowing dates, however, the highest 1000 grain
weight was registered for the first sowing date, and decreased to the late post-harvest
sowing.
There were significant differences for grain yield between regular and late sowing.
The same can be said for the difference of yield between post-harvest and late post-harvest
sowing. In this experiment, grain yield decrease in post-harvest in relation to regular sowing
was approximately 50%.",

AB  - Kukuruz je jedna od najznačajnijih žitarica u svetu i u Srbiji. Zbog značaja
kukuruza u ishrani domaćih životinja do sada se pridavao veliki značaj izučavanju
konvencionalnih sistema gajenja kukuruza. Obzirom na činjenicu da je danas kukuruz
značajno zastupljen u ishrani ljudi sve su veći zahtevi za kukuruzom koji je zdravstveno
bezbedan. Ovo iziskuje istraživanja i primenu novih tehnologija proizvodnje u održivim
sistemima. Za cilj rada je postavljeno da se utvrdi masa 1000 zrna i visina prinosa zrna dva
hibrida. Istraživanja su sprovedena na dve pracele KO Mali Iđoš gde je bio zasejan kukuruz
ZP 505 i NS 640. Na delu ogleda koji se odnosi na konvencionalnu proizvodnju kao osnovno
đubrivo korišćeno je 550 kg ha-1 (NPK 15:15:15) i URЕA 46% 100 kg ha-1 predsetveno. Na
delu parcele za organsku proizvodnju koristio se kao osnovno đubrivo stajnjak 25 t ha-1 i
predsetveno mikrobiološki preparat EM Aktiv 30 lit ha-1 i dva folijarna tretmana sa 7 lit ha-1.
Hibrid ZP 505 je u oba oblika proizvodnje imao veće vrednosti ispitivanih parametara.
Prosečno oba hibrida su u organskom sistemu proizvodnje imali za 9,26 % veću masu 1000
zrna i za 10,15 % viši prinos nego u konvencionalnoj proizvodnji.
AB  - Maize is one of the most important cereals in the world and in Serbia. Due to the
importance of maize in domestic animal nutrition, great importance has been given to the
study of conventional maize farming systems. Considering the fact that today maize is
significantly represented in human nutrition, there is a growing demand for maize that is
health-safe. This requires research and application of new production technologies in
sustainable systems. For the purpose of the work, it was set to determine the weight of 1000
grains and yield grain yields of two hybrids. The research was carried out on two traces of
KO Mali Idjos where the maize ZP 505 and NS 640 were planted. 550 kg ha-1 (NPK 15:15:15)
and UREA 46% 100 kg ha-1 were used pre-emptively in the part of the experiment referring
to conventional production as basic fertilizer. On the part of the organic production plot, the
primary fertilizer was 25 t ha-1 and the pre-emptive microbiological preparation EM Aktiv 30
lit ha-1 and two foliar treatments with 7 lit ha-1. The hybrid ZP 505 had higher values of the
tested parameters in both production forms. In average, both the hybrids in the organic
production system had 9.26% more weight of 1000 grains and 10, 15% higher yield than in
conventional production.

Effects of diazotrop on quality of wheat and land grain in sustainable wheat production

AB  - Wheat is the important crop in the diet of the population. The production of wheat for flour is represented on all continents, and in undeveloped areas of the world it takes up 85% of the total production. In the program for the creation of new varieties of wheat, it was constantly working on increased yields, then on introducing the genes for resistance to pathogenic organisms. Today, it works to create varieties that are tolerant to abiotic factors and to increase the resistance to low temperatures, and resistance to drought. This is very topical in recent years when climate change has become more pronounced. Considering the importance of wheat as bread grain in human nutrition, it is necessary to develop methods in primary wheat production to maintain / improve the quality and quantity of wheat, while reducing the possibility of degradation of production characteristics of the soil. In addition to quantity, the quality of wheat is defined by proteins found in grains at an average of 8-16%. The synthesis of proteins is significantly influenced by genetic and agroecological factors as well as their interactions. Proteins deposited in the endosperm of seeds consist of different fractions, where 80 % constitute a fraction called gluten. Gluten plays a crucial role in forming most of the features that define the quality of wheat. Generally, the higher the protein content, the wheat quality, as the raw material for the preparation of bread, is better. In order to protect the geobiosphere from the point of view of food production, the United Nations Food and Development Organization (FAO) has adopted and implemented various programs of financial and pragmatics to stimulate agricultural production within the framework of sustainable development. Therefore, the goal of the work was to determine the protein content of wheat grains, as well as the nitrogen content (easily accessible forms and total nitrogen) in the soil under conditions of application of different groups of microorganisms-diazotrophs. The research was carried out on the experimental plot in Bačka Topola in the vegetation period 2014/2015 and 2015/2016 (factor A). The aim of this study was to determine the optimal protein content of the wheat grain in the different amounts of mineral nitrogen 60, 90, 120 and 150 kgN/ha (factor B). As a factor (C) used is a microbial inoculum liquid with different types diazotrophes Azotobacter chroococcum, Azospirillum lipoferum, Klebsiela planticola which inoculating seed prior to the sowing, and foliar treatment performed in the phase of tillering wheat. On the content of protein in wheat grains significant influence had both factors. On average, the use of diazotrophs influenced the increase in protein in wheat grains by 6.93 %. In the year with a lower amount of precipitation for the period IX-VI (162,8 mm), the highest increase in the protein content of 10,89-9,70 % was at the lowest doses of mineral nitrogen, 60 and 90 kgN/ha. In the year of the precipitation of 432,2 mm (IX-VI) the greatest increase from 12,31 to 10,34 % of the protein was in the variants of 60 and 120 kgN/ha. Entered diazotrophs into the soil affected the amount of easily accessible forms of nitrogen in the soil. In the year of the precipitation of 432,2 mm (IX-VI) the greatest increase from 12,31 to 10,34 % of the protein was in the variants of 60 and 120 kgN/ha. Alternativne žitarice u Srbiji u sistemu održive poljoprivredne proizvodnje

AB  - Suvremena ratarska proizvodnja ima izraženo geografsko, ekološko, ekonomsko i društveno obilježje. Prema navedenim osobinama može se podijeliti na tradicionalnu, konvencionalnu i održivu poljoprivredu. Tradicionalna ratarska proizvodnja u nas prevladava na malim obiteljskim imanjima. Poljoprivredni proizvodi koriste se za potrebe članova domaćinstva I ostaje malo tržišnih viškova. Unapređenje ovog sistema proizvodnje je u izmjeni strukture sjetve, odnosno uvođenju alternativnih ratarskih vrsta čiji proizvodi imaju veću tržišnu vrijednost. Za male farmere interesantan je i system održive poljoprivredne proizvodnje u okviru čega se izdvajaju tri sistema uzgajanja ratarskih biljaka. To su dobra poljoprivredna praksa, integralna I organska (ekološka ili biološka) poljoprivredna proizvodnja. Ukoliko se proizvođači odluče za neki od ova tri sistema uzgajanja, biljne vrste iz grupe alternativnih žita mogu biti pravi izbor, jer osiguravaju tržište kvalitetnim I zdravstveno sigurnim prehrambenim proizvodima. Prije nego što se odluče za ove sisteme proizvodnje farmeri treba da steknu neophodna predznanja.

Unapređenje ovog sistema proizvodnje je u izmjeni strukture sjetve, odnosno uvođenju alternativnih ratarskih vrsta čiji proizvodi imaju veću tržišnu vrijednost. Za male farmere interesantan je i system održive poljoprivredne proizvodnje u okviru čega se izdvajaju tri sistema uzgajanja ratarskih biljaka. To su dobra poljoprivredna praksa, integralna I organska (ekološka ili biološka) poljoprivredna proizvodnja. Ukoliko se proizvođači odluče za neki od ova tri sistema uzgajanja, biljne vrste iz grupe alternativnih žita mogu biti pravi izbor, jer osiguravaju tržište kvalitetnim I zdravstveno sigurnim prehrambenim proizvodima. Prije nego što se odluče za ove sisteme proizvodnje farmeri treba da steknu neophodna predznanja.",
