Ekonomska opravdanost proizvodnje semena kupusa sortimenta Instituta za povrtarstvo

Abstract

Institut za povrtarstvo u Smederevskoj Palanci ostvaruje značajan deo prihoda od prodaje semena kupusa svojih priznatih sorti na domaćem i inostranom tržištu. Najprodavanija i najpopularnija sorta je Srpski melez - 4, dok je novopriznata sorta Zahar SP sa povećanim sadržajem šećera, priznata na sotrnoj listi EU i tek se pozicionira na domaćem i inostranom tržištu. Radi izrade kalkulacije proizvodnje semena kupusa korišćen je podatak prosečnog prinosa semena kupusa od 2010-2020. godine. Prosečan prinos semena kupusa po hektaru iznosio je 519,7 kg tokom 11 posmatranih sezona. Prosečan koeficijent varijacije prinosa semena iznosio je 0,54. Visok koefijcjent varijacije prinosa semena usovljen je agroekološkim uslovima u sezoni a najviše intenzitetom i trajanjem negativnih temperatura tokom perioda prezimljavanja. Proizvodnja semena kupusa se pokazala rentabilnom jer se ostvaruje prosečna dobit po hektaru u visini od 2495.55 €.

Institute for Vegetable Crops from Smederevska Palanka generates a significant part of its income from the sale of cabbage seeds of its acknowledged varieties on the domestic and foreign markets. The bestselling and most popular variety is the Srpski melez - 4, while the newly acknowledged Zahar SP variety with increased sugar content, listed on the EU variety list, is only just positioning itself on the domestic and foreign markets. In order to calculate the production of cabbage seeds, the average yield of cabbage seeds from 2010-2020 years was used. The average yield of cabbage seeds per hectare was 519.7 kg during the 11 observed seasons. The average coefficient of variation of seed yield was 0.54. The high coefficient of variation of the seed yield is due to the agroecological conditions in the season, and mostly to the intensity and duration of negative temperatures during the wintering period. Cabbage seed production has proven to be profitable as the average profit per hectare is €2495.55.
