Ekonomska opravdanost proizvodnje semena kupusa sortimenta Instituta za povrtarstvo

Abstract

Institut za povrtarstvo u Smederevskoj Palanci ostvaruje značajan deoprihoda od prodaje semena kupusa svojih priznatih sorti na domaćem iinostranom tržištu. Najprodavanija i najpopularnija sorta je Srpski melez -4, dok je novopriznata sorta Zahar SP sa povećanim sadržajem šećera,priznata na sotrnoj listi EU i tek se pozicionira na domaćem i inostranomtržištu. Radi izrade kalkulacije proizvodnje semena kupusa korišćen jepodatak prosečnog prinosa semena kupusa od 2010-2020. godine.Prosečan prinos semena kupusa po hektaru iznosio je 519,7 kg tokom 11posmatranih sezona. Prosečan koeficijent varijacije prinosa semenaiznosio je 0,54. Visok koefijcjent varijacije prinosa semena usovljen jeagroekološkim uslovima u sezoni a najviše intenzitetom i trajanjemnegativnih temperatura tokom perioda prezimljavanja. Proizvodnjasemena kupusa se pokazala rentabilnom jer se ostvaruje prosečna dobitpo hektaru u visini od 2495.55 €.

Institute for Vegetable Crops from Smederevska Palanka generates asignificant part of its income from the sale of cabbage seeds of itsacknowledged varieties on the domestic and foreign markets. The bestsellingand most popular variety is the Srpski melez - 4, while the newlyacknowledged Zahar SP variety with increased sugar content, listed onthe EU variety list, is only just positioning itself on the domestic andforeign markets. In order to calculate the production of cabbage seeds, theaverage yield of cabbage seeds from 2010-2020 years was used. Theaverage yield of cabbage seeds per hectare was 519.7 kg during the 11observed seasons. The average coefficient of variation of seed yield was0.54. The high coefficient of variation of the seed yield is due to theagroecological conditions in the season, and mostly to the intensity andduration of negative temperatures during the wintering period. Cabbageseed production has proven to be profitable as the average profit perhectare is €2495.55.
