AB  - Background: In order to reduce the use of synthetic and chemical agents in agriculture, more and more research is turning to
ecological, more environmentally friendly methods. Plant aqueous extracts are products that can be a significant source of various
elements, depending on the type and quality of soil on which the plant species from which the solution is prepared is grown.
Methods: The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of aqueous extracts of different plant species on the yield and quality
parameters of soybean seeds (Glycine max L.). Aqueous extracts of: nettle, nettle+comfrey, banana, banana peel, onion, willow and
soybeans were used foliarly. The 1st foliar treatment plants was done when first flowers opened and the 2nd treatment was done when
first pod reached final length.
Result: The effect of aqueous extracts depends on the agroecological conditions and the analyzed traits. In 2020 the greatest effect
was achieved on the free proline, SOD, Px and CAT. In 2021 the application of certain aqueous extracts had a significant effect on
the yield, gerimination energy, germination percentage and vigour seed.

Utilizing the Stability of Yield Parameters as a Technique to Select Salinity-Tolerant Wheat Genotypes

AB  - Considering that agricultural production needs to be adjusted to global climate changes,
it is of particular importance to develop bread wheat germplasm with improved tolerance
to abiotic stress conditions. Therefore, the aim of this research was to identify stable
wheat genotypes with increased salinity stress tolerance. The experiment was conducted
with 27 wheat genotypes, at two localities: Kumane (solonetz soil type) and Rimski
Šančevi (chernozem soil type) during two growing seasons. A significant influence of
genotype and environment, as well as G × E interaction, on the phenotypic expression of
yield components was found. The factor of genotype had the largest effect on the variation
in plant height (38.7%) and the smallest effect on the variation in the number of grains
per spike (8.24%). The greatest influence of the environment (64.7%) and G × E
interaction (17.44%) was found in the variation in the number of grains per spike. Salinity
conditions contributed the most to the decrease in the number of grains per spike (30%),
which is considered the best indicator of the impact of stress on the plant. The smallest
decrease in the number of grains per spike was recorded in the genotypes Šumadija
(16.0%) and Harmonija (18.8%). However, AMMI and PCA analyses showed that the
genotype Harmonija is characterized by a higher value of the number of grains per spike
and greater stability. The genotypes Renesansa, Jugoslavija, Bankut 1205, and
Harmonija were characterized by the smallest reduction in plant height under salinity
conditions, among which Jugoslavija and Renesansa exhibited high stability and lower
trait values. The smallest reduction in spike length was found in the genotypes Jugoslavija
and Šumadija, which exhibited the specific adaptability to salinity stress. In terms of
salinity tolerance, the genotypes Šumadija, Harmonija, and Renesansa are considered
valuable genetic resources in breeding programs.

AB  - Usled ljudskih aktivnosti, zaslanjenost zemljišta postaje glavni izazov za globalnu
proizvodnju hrane. Pšenica je osnovna namirnica za veliki deo svetske populacije, a
stres zaslanjenosti predstavlja značajnu pretnju njenoj produktivnosti. Stoga je stvaranje
tolerantnih genotipova pšenice na salinitet od vitalnog značaja za obezbeđivanje
održive proizvodnje hrane, posebno u područjima pogođenim stresom saliniteta zemljišta.
Proučavanje genotipova pšenice u poljskim uslovima povećane zaslanjenosti je
ključno za efikasnu identifikaciju genotipova tolerantnih na salinitet. U skladu sa tim,
procenjena je tolerantnost 27 genotipova pšenice na salinitet na solonjecu u uslovima
saliniteta i černozemu kao kontroli tokom dve vegetacione sezone. Masa zrna po klasu,
koja je smanjena za 35% u uslovima saliniteta zemljišta, najbolji je fenotipski marker
uticaja zaslanjenosti na biljku. Takođe, povećana zaslanjenost zemljišta je smanjila
vrednosti broja zrna po klasu, mase klasa i prinosa zrna za 30%. Sprovedena je klaster
hitmap analiza, koja je omogućila hijerarhijsko grupisanje genotipova, odnosno osobina.
Masa hiljadu zrna, na koju je dominantan efekat imao faktor godina, svrstana
je u posebnu klaster grupu. U uslovima solonjeca, genotipovi Harmonija, Renesansa,
Orašanka, KG-58, Bankut 1205 i Oplenka su grupisani u okviru iste klaster grupe,
dok su u uslovima černozema usko povezani genotipovi Renesansa i Jugoslavija, ispoljavajući
najveće prosečne vrednosti ispitivanih osobina. Na osnovu AMMI analize,
genotip Harmonija pokazuje visoku stabilnost prinosa zrna na solonjecu i ocenjen je
kao genotip tolerantan na salinitet. Genotip Renesansa je ispoljio visoku stabilnost u
svim agroekološkim sredinama i ostvario najveći prinos zrna na černozemu.
AB  - Soil salinity is becoming a major challenge for global food production due to
human activities. Wheat is a staple food for a large portion of the global population,
and salt stress is a significant threat to its productivity. Therefore, the development
of salt-tolerant and high-yielding wheat genotypes is vital for ensuring sustainable
food production, especially in areas affected by soil salinity stress. Consideration
of wheat genotypes under field salinity conditions is crucial for effectively identifying
salt-tolerant varieties. The salinity tolerance of 27 wheat genotypes was
assessed under field conditions by establishing an experiment on Solonetz, for
salinity conditions, and Chernozem, as the control, during two growing seasons.
The grain weight per spike, which decreased by 35% under soil salinity conditions,
is the best phenotypic marker of the influence of salinity on the plant. Also,
soil salinity reduced the values of the number of grains per spike, spike weight,
and grain yield by 30%. Cluster heatmap analysis was performed, which enabled
hierarchical clustering of genotypes and traits. The thousand grain weight, primarily
influenced by year, is classified into a separate cluster group. On Solonetz, the
genotypes Harmonija, Renesansa, Orašanka, KG-58, Bankut 1205, and Oplenka
were grouped together, and on Chernozem, Renesansa and Jugoslavija were closely
grouped, showing the highest average trait values. Based on the AMMI analysis,
the genotype Harmonija exhibits high grain yield stability on Solonetz and was
identified as the salt-tolerant genotype. The genotype Renesansa showed high
stability in all environments and achieved the highest grain yield on Chernozem.

Impact of agro-ecological conditions and fertilization on yield and quality of triticale on pseudogley soil

AB  - The results of the study of the influence of fertilization and calcification on the yield and yield components of winter triticale grown on low pH soil are presented in this paper. Five variants of fertilization were tested during three growing seasons. Trial treatments included different fertilization variants: V1-control, V2-N120, V3-N120P80K60, V4-N120P80K60 + 5 t ha- 1 of lime and V5-N120P80K60 + 5 t ha-1 of lime + 30 t ha-1 of manure. The results of the research showed that all yield components responded positively to the application of mineral nutrition by changing the production characteristics and grain quality. The variant with the combined application of NPK, lime and manure had the greatest positive effect on all tested parameters affecting triticale productivity. During the study, the highest yield of triticale 5.826 t ha-1 was obtained on the fertilization variant with the combined application of lime, manure and NPK fertilizers. The achieved increase in the grain yield of triticale was significant compared to the control and the NPK variant of fertilization. Highly significant positive dependencies were found between the grain yield with 1000-grain weight, and test weight and significant positive dependencies were found between 1000-grain weight and test weight. Theresearch highlighted the impact of different fertilizer treatments on the yield and grain quality traits of winter triticale.

The variant with the combined application of NPK, lime and manure had the greatest positive effect on all tested parameters affecting triticale productivity. During the study, the highest yield of triticale 5.826 t ha-1 was obtained on the fertilization variant with the combined application of lime, manure and NPK fertilizers. The achieved increase in the grain yield of triticale was significant compared to the control and the NPK variant of fertilization. Highly significant positive dependencies were found between the grain yield with 1000-grain weight, and test weight and significant positive dependencies were found between 1000-grain weight and test weight. Theresearch highlighted the impact of different fertilizer treatments on the yield and grain quality traits of winter triticale.",

economically justified soybean production. Aqueous extracts of plant

AB  - Makroogledi se izvode sa ciljem raspoređivanja pojedinih sorti soje po
pojedinim lokalitetima kako bi se ostvarili maksimalni prinosi uz što manja variranja u pojedinim godinama. Koeficijenti varijacije omogućuju
detaljnu analizu sorti soje po lokalitetima i godinama. Dobijeni rezultati
pokazuju da su koeficijenti varijacije prinosa sorti veoma visoki u nepovoljnim godinama, sa veoma izraženim variranjem prinosa po
pojedinim lokalitetima. Cilj ovoga rada je sagledavanje variranja prinosa
šest NS sorti soje na četiri lokaliteta tokom tri godine.
AB  - Macro-experiments are carried out with the aim of distributing
individual varieties of soybeans in individual locations in order to achieve maximum yields with as little variation as possible in individual years. Coefficients of variation enable a detailed analysis of soybean varieties by
location and year. The obtained results show that the coefficients of variation of varieties yield are very high in unfavorable years, with very pronounced variation of yield in individual localities. The aim of this paper is to analize the yield variation of six NS soybean varieties at four localities during three years.

AB  - Kvalitetna i pravovremena osnovna obrada zemljišta uz dobru obezbeđenost
hranivima je uslov za normalan razvoj biljaka soje i ostvarenje visokoh prinosa.
Jesenja osnovna obrada doprinosi ostvarenju visokih prinosa soje, dok se sa kasnijom
obradom prinos smanjuje. NPK đubriva , amonijum nitrat i folijarna primena vodenog
ekstrakta od ploda banane povećava prinos soje, prinos proteina i ulja, a najbolji
efekat ostvaren je upotrebom NPK đubriva.
AB  - Quality and timely primary soil tillage along with good nutrient supply is a
requirement for normal soybean plant development and high yield realization.
Autumnal primary tillage contributes to the achievement of high soybean yields,
while later cultivation decreases the yield. NPK fertilizers, ammonium nitrate and

oil yield, and the best effect is achieved by applying NPK fertilizer.

AB  - This study aimed to determine the variability properties of four major types of Amaranthus species in protein and amino acids content in leaves and flowers. Obtained results by ion exchange chromatography in our study have shown high values for the content of essential amino acids lysine and methionine. In the leaf, the lysine content ranged from 3.9 (A. caudatus) to 7.0 (A. cruentus; A. moleros), and in the flowers from 4.2 (A.  caudatus)  to  6.7  (A.  molleros).  The  methionine  content  ranged  from  3.1  (A.  caudatus)  to  7.4  (A. mantegazzianus) in the leaf and in the flower from 2.9 (A. caudatus) to 6.7 (A. mantegazzianus). Besides lysine and  methionine,  significant  values  of  other  essential  amino  acids  were  recorded,  respectively.  Significant concentrations of total proteins were recorded in all examined genotypes. The heritability of the studied characters as protein and mineral content of seeds and leaves, and oil contents of seed were significantly high. The maximum values of the protein content of seeds were 16.55% (A. cruentus), in leaves 20.10% (A. caudatus), and the minerals in seeds 2.73% (A. moleros), and leaves 18.76% (A. mantegazzianus). The oil content of seeds was 6.16% (A. moleros). The oil content of the seed’s proportion of genetic variance to total phenotypic variance was 72%, and it has a significant impact on ecological factors. Tested divergent Amaranthus genotypes may serve as parents for further crossing. Amaranth seeds is gluten-free and is important in the diet of celiac patients and contains amino acids, especially lysine, which acts against the herpes virus. Amaranth from amaranth leaves biologically active substance that prevents heart muscle damage during ischemic processes. Amaranth seed oil has hypolipemic, anti-atherosclerotic, hypotensive and antioxidant activity.

AB  - Primena novih tehnologija u cilju dobijanja višeg prinosa gajenih
biljaka i boljeg kvaliteta proizvoda je ključ za unapređenje poljoprivrede u budućnosti. Efektivni mikroorganizmi sve više nalaze primenu u intenzivnoj konvencionalnoj i organskoj biljnoj proizvodnji jer njihovom
primenom smanjuju se troškovi proizvodnje, povećava biogenost
zemljišta, smanjuju bolesti na usevima i pozitivno utiče na zaštitu životne
sredine. Primena preparata EM-Aktiv značajno povećava prinos soje i
pozitivno utiče na morfološke osobine, masu i visinu biljaka, masu 1000
zrna i žetveni indeks soje.
AB  - The application of new technologies in order to obtain a higher yield of
cultivated plants and better product quality is the key to improving
agriculture in the future. Effective microorganisms are increasingly used in intensive conventional and organic plant production because their application reduces production costs, increases soil biogenicity, reduces
crop diseases and has a positive effect on environmental protection. The
application of EM-Aktiv significantly increases the yield of soybeans and
has a positive effect on the morphological characteristics, weight and
height of plants, weight of 1000 grains and harvest index of soybeans.

AB  - Biljke svojim cvetovima, sokovima i smolama daju pčelama hranu,
stvaraju uslove za pravilan život pčelinjeg društva i predstavljaju osnovu
za dobijanje pčelinjih proizvoda - meda, cvetnog praha, mleča, voska,
propolisa i pčelinjeg otrova. Najzastupljenije medonosne biljke kod nas su:
divlji kesten, bagrem, lipa, jorgovan, kupina, facelija, heljda, suncokret,
zvezdan, lavanda, neven, žalfija, morač, šafran, itd. Pčele imaju veliki
značaj za živi svet na našoj planeti. U poslednje vreme sve je više evidentna
ugroženost pčela. Ova studija prikazuje medonosne biljke i efekte koje pesticidi imaju na pčele i njihovu produktivnost. Najčešći put kontaminacije je izloženost pčela agro-hemikalijama koje se koriste za zaštitu useva i njihova primena na useve. Izloženost pčela pesticidima je kroz gutanje ostataka koji se nalaze u polenu i nektaru biljaka. Zbog svega navedenog dati su praktični saveti za izbegavanje štetnih uticaja pesticida u pčelarstvu kako bi se izbegle štetne posledice.
AB  - Plants, with their flowers, juices and resins, give bees food, create
conditions for the proper life of the bee colony and represent the basis for
obtaining bee products - honey, pollen, nectar, wax, propolis and bee
venom. The most common honey plants in our country are: wild chestnut,
acacia, lime tree, lilac, blackberry, phacelia, buckwheat, sunflower, common bird's foot trefoil, lavender, calendula, sage, fennel, saffron, etc.
Bees have a great importance for the living world on our planet, lately it is more and more evident bees' endangerment. This study shows honey plants
and effects that pesticides have on honey bees and their productivity. The
most common way of contamination is exposure of bees to agrochemicals used for crop protection and their application to crops. The exposure of
bees to pesticides is through ingestion of residues found in the pollen and
nectar of plants. Due to all of the above, practical advice was given to avoid
the harmful effects of pesticides in beekeeping in order to avoid harmful
consequences.

AB  - Kišne gliste iz porodice Lumbricidae su indikatori kvaliteta zemljišta, tako da je monitoring populacija kišnih glista u agroekosistemima od suštinskog značaja. Cilj ovog rada je bio da se izvrši kvalitativna i kvantitativna anliza zajednica kišnih glista na poljima pšenice u uslovima plodoreda sa različitom obradom. Terenska istraživanja su sprovedena na lokalitetu Rimski Šančevi, tokom proleća i jeseni 2021. godine. Materijal
je uzorkovan sa polja pšenice, koja su bila dvopolja (pšenica i kukuruz) sa
različitom obradom i to: neđubreno, đubreno oranje i đubreno
konzervacijska obrada. Utvrđeno je prisustvo 3 endogeične vrste, iz dva
roda i to: Allolobophora i Aporrectodea. Ukupan broj jedinki je bio najveći
u đubrenom dvopolju sa konzervacijskom obradom. Broj juvenilnih
jedinki je veći tokom prolećne sezone, u odnosu na jesenju. Analizom
zoogeografskih tipova, utvrđeno je prisustvo peregrinih, kosmopolitskih
vrsta, koje imaju visok prag tolerancije na nepovoljne uslove sredine. U svim proučavanim poljima, zajednice kišnih glista su siromašne i
uniformne.

AB  - Preporučena agrotehnička mera koje se izvodi neposredno pred setvu soje (Glicine max L .) je inokulacija semena azotofiksirajućim bakterijama . Izvođenje eksperimenta imalo je za cilj ispitivanje uticaja faktora inokulacije i faktora genotipa na morfološke osobine, prinos i sadržaj primarnih metabolita zrna . Ispitivane su tri domaće sorte soje (Apolo, Gorštak i Trijumf), na parceli na kojoj je u plodoredu gajena soja, na zemljištu tipa černozem, na oglednom polju Instituta “Tamiš” - Pančevo . Proučavane su sledeće morfloške osobine i parametri prinosa: visina biljke, broj bočnih grana, broj spratova, visina biljke do prve mahune, broj mahuna po biljci, masa mahuna sa zrnom po biljci, masa zrna po biljci i prinos zrna po hektaru . Sadržaj ulja, azota i proteina, određen je standardnim analitičkim metodama . Inokulacija semena statistički je značajno uticala na visinu biljke do prve mahune, dok na ostale morfološke osobine i parametre prinosa inokulacija nije imala statistički značajan uticaj . Na sadržaj ulja, azota i proteina inokulacija nije delovala statistički značajno . Za većinu ispitivanih parametara, bio je značajan efekat genotipa . Prosečan prinos biljaka inokulisanog semena (1250 kg ha-1) i neinokulisanog semena (1230 kg ha-1) bio je daleko manji u odnosu na višegodišnji prosek, zbog značajno nižih količina atmosferskih padavina u odnosu na višegodišnji prosek i visokih prosečnih temperatura vazduha tokom vegetacionog perioda
AB  - Recommended agrotechnical measure that is performed immediately before sowing of soybean is the inoculation of grain with nitrogen-fixing bacteria . The purpose of the experiment was to examine the influence of inoculation and variety on morphological characteristics, yield and content of primary grain metabolites . Three domestic soybean cultivars (Apollo, Gorštak and Trijumf) were examined on the plot on which soybeans were previously grown, on chernozem-type land, at the experimental field of the Tamiš Pancevo Institute . AB  - Visoki prinosi i stabilna proizvodnja soje pod direktnim su uticajem
količine i dostupnosti hraniva biljkama. Cilj ovih istraživanja je
ispitivanje uticaja NPK đubriva sa mikroelementima i efektivnih
mikroorganizama na visinu biljaka kod tri sorte soje, različite grupe
zrenja. Efektivni mikroorganizmi i NPK đubrivo sa mikroelementima
statistički veoma značajno povećavaju visinu biljaka soje. NPK đubrivo
sa mikroelementima povećalo je visinu biljaka za 1,92%, dok je
kombinacija NPK đubriva sa mikroelementima i efektivnih
mikroorganizama povećala visinu biljaka soje za 6,30%.
AB  - High yields and stable soybean production are under direct influence
of plant nutrient quantity and availability. The aim of this research was to
examine the effect of NPK fertilizer with trace elements and effective microorganisms on the plant height of three soybean varieties which
belong to different maturation groups. Effective microorganisms and
NPK fertilizer with trace element statistically very significantly increase
plant height. NPK fertilizer with trace elements increased the plant height
by 1,92%, while the combination of NPK fertilizer with trace elements
and effective microorganisms increase plant height by 6,30%.

AB  - In this paper, the influence of different substrate mixtures on seedlings quality and yield of
tomato, pepper and basil were investigated. The experiments were carried out in the plastic
greenhouse and experimental field of the Institute for Medicinal Plant Research "Dr. Josif
Pančić" in Pančevo, during year 2016. Four treatments (different substrate mixtures) and a
control treatment (soil from the investigated location) were tested. The best characteristics of
morphological traits of transplants were achieved using the commercial Klasmann Potgrond H
substrate. On the other hand, the plants that were grown on the compost produced during the
production and processing of medicinal plants (IMPR) had the highest yield of fruits (tomatoes
and peppers) and yield of fresh aboveground mass (basil).

AB  - Soja je leguminoza sposobna da usvaja elementarni azot iz vazduha zahvaljujući simbiozi sa kvržičnim bakterijama. Inokulacija semena soje visokoefektivnim bakterijama povećava usvajanje azota i pozitivno deluje na ostvareni prinos. Cilj ovoga rada je sagledavanje uticaja primene NS Nitragina na prinos šest sorti soje različitih grupa zrenja. Inokulacija statistički veoma značajno povećava prinos soje, a povećanje se u proseku kretalo od 6,13% kod sorte NS Zoja do 8,49% kod sorte Sava.
AB  - Soybeans are legumes capable of absorbing elemental nitrogen from the air thanks to symbiosis with symbiotic bacteria. Inoculation of soybean seeds with highly effective bacteria increases nitrogen uptake and has a positive effect on the achieved yield. The aim of this paper is to consider the effect of NS Nitragine application on the yield of six soybean cultivars of different maturation groups. Inoculation statistically significantly increased soybean yield, and the increase ranged from 6.13% in the cultivar NS Zoja to 8.49% in the cultivar Sava.

AB  - The aim of this study was to examine the impact of seed priming on seed quality parameters (germination energy, germination, seedling length and vigor index) of sorghum (Sorghum bicolor L. Moench) and sudangrass (Sorghum sudanense Pers.). The experiment was performed at the Institute of Field and Vegetable Crops, Novi Sad, Serbia. The research was conducted on the seeds of the sorghum variety NS Džin and sudangrass variety Srem. Distilled water and aqueous extracts of young willow branches (Salix matsudana) and mature banana fruits (Musa x paradisiaca) were used to prime the seeds. The seeds were primed for: 1 h, 3 h, 6 h, 12 h and 24 h. The results showed that priming sorghum and sudangrass seeds in aqueous extracts of young willow branches and mature banana fruits can have a positive effect on seed quality parameters: germination energy, germination, seedling length and vigor index. The greatest effect on germination energy and seed germination was achieved in sudangrass by using an aqueous extract of young willow branches. The increase was 9.30% and 9.20%, respectively. Priming sorghum seeds in aquatic extracts of mature banana fruits had the greatest effect on seedling length and vigor index. The increase was 36.86% and 40.33%, respectively. For all research parameters, priming for 3 h was the most effective. However, in addition to the positive effect, priming can also have a negative effect. The most significant reduction was found on sorghum seeds, when primed in an aqueous extract of mature banana fruit for 24 hours. Germination energy and germination were reduced by 7.14% and 9.30%, respectively.
AB  - Циљ овог рада је био да се испита утицај потапања семена крмног сирка (Sorghum bicolor L. Moench) и суданске траве (Sorghum sudanense Pers.) на параметре квалитета семена (енергија клијања, клијавост, дужина клијанца и вигор индекс). Оглед је изведен на Институту за ратарство и повртарство у Новом Саду. Истраживања су спроведена на семену крмног сирка сорте НС Џин и суданске траве сорте Срем. За потапање семена коришћена је дестилована вода, и водени екстракт младих грана врбе (Salix matsudana) и зрелих плодова банане (Musa x paradisiaca). Семе је потапано у трајању од: 1 h, 3 h, 6 h, 12 h и 24 h. Резултати су показали да потапање семена крмног сирка и суданске траве у водене екстракте младих грана врбе и зрелих плодова банане може имати позитиван ефекат на параметре квалитета семена: енергију клијања, клијавост, дужину клијанца и вигор индекс. Најбољи ефекат на енергију клијања и клијавост семена остварен је употребом воденог екстракта младих грана врбе на семену суданске траве. Повећање је износило 9,30% и 9,20%. Потапањем семена крмног сирка у водени екстракт зрелих плодова банане остварен је бољи ефекат на дужину клијанца и вигор семена. Повећање је износило 36,86% и 40,33%. Код свих параметара истраживања најбољи ефекат је остварен при потапању од 3 h. Међутим, поред позитивног, потапање може имати и негативан ефекат. Најзначајније смањење утврђено је на семену крмног сирка, приликом потапања у водени екстракт зрелих плодова банане у трајању од 24 h. Клијавост је смањена за 9,30%.

AB  - Cilj rada bio je da se ispita da li potapanje semena može da poboljša
klijavost semena soje u nepovoljnim uslovima, odnosno na nižoj
temperaturi. Za istraživanje je korišćeno seme sorte soje NS Apolo, koja
je selekcionisana na Institutu za ratarstvo i povrtarstvo u Novom Sadu.
Seme je potapano u različite rastvore: kalijum nitrat - KNO3 (1%),
askorbinska kiselina - AsA (100 mg l-1) i kalijum hlorid - KCl (1%).
Nakon sušenja, seme je naklijavano na temperaturi 10°C, dok je seme
naklijavano na optimalnoj temperaturi od 25°C poslužilo kao kontrola.
Rezultati istraživanja su pokazali da je potapanje semena pre setve
poboljšalo energiju klijanja, klijavost semena i brzinu klijanja u uslovima
niske temperature.
Upotreba rastvora KNO3 i AsA bila je efekasnija od primene rastvora
KCl u uslovima niže temperature. Rastvor KNO3 i AsA su značajnije
uticali na povećanje klijavosti i energije klijanja.
AB  - The aim of this study was to examine whether priming seeds can
improve the germination of soybean seeds in unfavorable conditions, i.e.
at a lower temperature. For the research, the seeds of the NS Apolo
soybean variety, which were selected at the Institute of Agriculture and
Vegetables in Novi Sad, were used. The seeds were primed in different
solutions: potassium nitrate - KNO3 (1%), ascorbic acid - AsA (100 mg l-
1) and potassium chloride - KCl (1%). After drying, the seeds were
germinated at a temperature of 10°C, while the seeds germinated at an
optimal temperature of 25°C served as a control. The research results
showed that priming the seeds before sowing improved germination energy, seed germination and germination rate under low temperature
conditions. The use of KNO3 and AsA solution was more effective than
the use of KCl solution under lower temperature conditions. The solution
of KNO3 and AsA significantly influenced the increase in germination
and germination energy.

AB  - Mirođija (Anethum graveolens L.) je jednogodišnja začinska i lekovita biljka iz familije Apiaceae. Visoka energija klijanja i procenat klijavosti su potrebni za postizanje visokog prinosa. Cilj ovog istraživanja je bio utvrđivanje najefikasnijeg biopreparata sa blagotvornim dejstvom na energiju klijanja, ukupnu klijavost i zdravstveno stanje semena mirođije. Ispitivanja su sprovedena sa dva sredstva za zaštitu bilja, dozvoljena u organskoj proizvodnji (‟Extrasol F” i ‟Polyversum”) i tri biljna preparata (‟Fermentisani ekstrakt hajdučke trave”, ‟Fermentisani ekstrakt čička” i ‟Fermentisana mešavina LAB mix”). Klijavost semena je povećana u svim tretmanima u odnosu na kontrolu. Tretmani preparatom ‟Fermentisana mešavina LAB mix” ispoljili su najveći uticaj na energiju klijanja i ukupnu klijavost semena. Na osnovu simptoma i znakova bolesti, prisustvo Alternaria sp. je potvrđeno na površini semena mirođije. U poređenju sa kontrolom, zaraza semena je smanjena u tretmanima sa preparatima ‟Fermentisana mešavina LAB mix” i 
‟Fermentisani ekstrakt čička”.
AB  - Dill (Anethum graveolens L.) is an annual herb and medicinal plant from the Apiaceae family. High energy germination and germination percentage are required to achieve high yield. The aim of the study was to discover the most efficient biopreparations with a beneficial effect on dill seed energy germination, total germination and seed health. Testing was conducted with two plant protection products, permitted in organic production (‟Extrasol F” and ‟Polyversum”), and three herbal preparations (‟Fermented extract of yarrow”, ‟Fermented burdock extract” and ‟Fermented LAB mix”). The seed germination was increased in all treatments, in comparison to control. The treatments with the preparation ‟Fermented LAB mix” manifested the greatest influence on energy germination and total seed germination. Based on the symptoms and signs of the disease, the presence of Alternaria sp. was confirmed on the surface of dill seeds. The seed infection was reduced in treatments with ‟Fermented LAB mix” and ‟Fermented Burdock Extract” compared to the control treatment.

AB  - Lokalitet gajenja, sa svojim zemljišnim i klimatskim specifičnostima, ima značajan uticaj na hemijski sastav biljaka. Cilj ovog rada je sagledavanje uticaja lokaliteta na sadržaj masnih kiselina u ulju šafranike. Genotip SO1 ostvario je najviši sadržaj oleinske, linolne i linolenske kiseline, u proseku za sve ispitivane lokalitete. Najviši sadržaj arahidonske, eikozapentaenoinske i behenske kiseline zabeležen je za genotip SO2, u proseku za sve ispitivane lokalitete. Na lokalitetu Sombor uočen je najviši sadržaj ukupnih mononezasićenih masnih kiselina (MUFA), dok je najviši sadržaj ukupnih zasićenih masnih kiselina (SFA) ostvaren na lokalitetu Rimski šančevi, a na lokalitetu Pančevo je zabeležen najviši sadržaj ukupnih polinezasićenih masnih kiselina (PUFA) u ulju šafranike.
AB  - The location of cultivation, with its soil and climate specificities, has a significant impact on the chemical composition of plants. The aim of this paper is to analyze the influence of locality on the content of fatty acids in safflower oil. Genotype SO1 achieved the highest content of oleic, linoleic and linolenic acids, on average for all investigated localities. The highest content of arachidonic, eicosapentaenoic and behenic acids was recorded for the genotype SO2, on average for all investigated localities. AB  - U ovoj studiji, analizirana je proizvodnja pšenice u dvadesetogodišnjem periodu (2001-2020. godina) u svetu i u Srbiji. Variranja visine prinosa zrna po jedinici površine u Srbiji poređene su sa količinom padavina u vegetacionom periodu pšenice. Kvantifikovanjem uticaja klimatskih promena na proizvodnju pšenice daje nam mogućnost da se kreiraju dugoročni planovi u poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji kako bi se održao visok i stabilan prinos zrna. Prosečan prinos zrna, za ispitivani period u svetu, iznosio je 3.112 kg ha-1 dok je u Srbiji bio veći za 26% i iznosio je 3.925 kg ha-1. I pored značajnih godišnjih variranja, trend povećanja prinosa pšenice u svetu bio je značajan. U 2020. godini prosečan prinos zrna u svetu je povećan za 23,5%, a u Srbiji za 34,6% u poređenju sa 2001. godinom. Analiza proizvodnje, kod svetski najvažnijih snabdevača pšenicom, beleži značajno povećanje prinosa po jedinici površine, kao i ukupnu proizvodnju.
AB  - This study analyzed wheat production in the twenty-year period (2001-2020) in the world and in Serbia. Variations in the yield of wheat grains per unit area in Serbia were compared with the amount of precipitation in the growing season. By quantifying the impact of climate change on wheat production, it gives us the opportunity to create long-term plans in agricultural production in order to maintain a high and stable grain yield. The average grain yield, for the examined period in the world, amounted to 3,112 kg ha-1, while in Serbia it was higher by 26% and amounted to 3,925 kg ha-1. Despite significant annual variations, the trend of increasing wheat yields in the world was significant. In 2020, the average grain yield in the world increased by 23.5%, and in Serbia by 34.6% compared to 2001. The analysis of production at the world's most important wheat suppliers records a significant increase in yield per unit area, as well as total production. AB  - Proizvodnja strnih žita postala je izazov modernog društva imajući u
vidu porast stanovištva i nepovoljne uticaje klimatskih promena.
Intezivna primena hemijskih sredstava u biljnoj proizvodnji omogućila je
sa jedne strane porast prinosa, ali je dovela i do narušavanja ne samo
kvaliteta zemljišta, vode i vazduha već i prirodne ravnoteže između
biljaka i patogena. To je dovelo do pojave sve češćih promena u strukturi
populacija patogena, menjanja prevalentnih vrsta i rasa patogena, ali i do
narušavanja mehanizama odbrane biljaka usled kompleksnosti delovanja
abiotičkih i biotičkih faktora stresa. Organizacija za hranu i poljoprivredu
(FAO) Ujedinjenih nacija definisala je integralnu zaštitu bilja (IZB) kao
specifičnu strategiju u suzbijanja štetnih organizama na najekonomičniji,
kao i ekološki i društveno prihvatljiv način. S obzirom da je IZB
fleksibilan sistem koji koristi lokalne resurse u kontroli pojave patogena,
bolje poznavanje kompleksnosti odnosa biljke domaćina i patogena
postaje imperativ savremene zaštite bilja.
AB  - The production of small grains has become a challenge taking into
account the increment of global population and the adverse effects of
climate change. The intensive plant production enabled cultivation of
higher yielding cultivars but it also led to environmental degradation, and
the disruption of the natural balance between plants and pathogens.
Changes in structure of pathogen populations, variability in predominant
pathogens in one growing area, and alterations of plant defence responses
due to the complexity of combined effects of abiotic and biotic stressors,
arised as major obsticules in pathogen control and crop protection. The
Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) has
defined integrated pest management (IPM) as a specific strategy in
controlling harmful organisms by using the most economical as well as
ecologically and socially acceptable way. Given that IPM is a flexible
system that uses local resources for pathogen control, better
understanding of the complexity of factors affecting the plant-pathogen
interaction has become imperative for modern plant protection.

AB  - Alfalfa is the most important forage legume in our agroecological conditions for feeding cattle. In the area of Jablanica district, alfalfa occupies a considerable place in the total plant production. The restrictive factor in the establishment and short durability of alfalfa stand is the low pH of arable agricultural soil. Within the three-year field trial on Vertisol soil type (pH in KCl 4.9), from 2016 to 2018, alfalfa plot yield has been analyzed with different fertilization variants. The research results indicate that alfalfa provides a significantly higher yield on the plot where amelioration measures were applied, through the application of limestone and manure, with the addition of mineral fertilizer. A barely lower yield was achieved on the calcified and manured plot, while the lowest yield was on the control plot, where a generous amount of mineral fertilizer was added, which is a common practice of agricultural producers in the area of Jablanica district.
AB  - Lucerka je najvažnija leguminoza za ishranu stoke u našim agroekološkim uslovima. Na području Jablaničkog okruga lucerka zauzima značajno mesto u ukupnoj biljnoj proizvodnji. Ograničavajući faktor u formiranju i kratkom veku trajanja lucerke je nizak pH obradivog poljoprivrednog zemljišta. U trogodišnjem terenskom istraživanju zemljišta tipa Vertisol (pH u KCl 4,9) od 2016. do 2018. godine analiziran je prinos lucerke na parcelama sa različitim varijantama prihrane. Rezultati istraživanja ukazuju da lucerka daje znatno veći prinos na parceli na kojoj su primenjene mere sanacije melioracije, primenom krečnjaka i stajskog đubriva uz dodatak mineralnog đubriva. Nešto niži prinos postignut je na parceli na kojoj je zemljište kalcifikovano i sanirano stajskim đubrivom, dok je najmanji prinos postignut na kontrolnoj parceli, gde je primenjena veća količina mineralnog đubriva, što je zapravo uobičajena praksa poljoprivrednih proizvođača Jablaničkog okruga.

The research results indicate that alfalfa provides a significantly higher yield on the plot where amelioration measures were applied, through the application of limestone and manure, with the addition of mineral fertilizer. A barely lower yield was achieved on the calcified and manured plot, while the lowest yield was on the control plot, where a generous amount of mineral fertilizer was added, which is a common practice of agricultural producers in the area of Jablanica district., Lucerka je najvažnija leguminoza za ishranu stoke u našim agroekološkim uslovima. Na području Jablaničkog okruga lucerka zauzima značajno mesto u ukupnoj biljnoj proizvodnji. Ograničavajući faktor u formiranju i kratkom veku trajanja lucerke je nizak pH obradivog poljoprivrednog zemljišta. U trogodišnjem terenskom istraživanju zemljišta tipa Vertisol (pH u KCl 4,9) od 2016. do 2018. godine analiziran je prinos lucerke na parcelama sa različitim varijantama prihrane. Rezultati istraživanja ukazuju da lucerka daje znatno veći prinos na parceli na kojoj su primenjene mere sanacije melioracije, primenom krečnjaka i stajskog đubriva uz dodatak mineralnog đubriva. Nešto niži prinos postignut je na parceli na kojoj je zemljište kalcifikovano i sanirano stajskim đubrivom, dok je najmanji prinos postignut na kontrolnoj parceli, gde je primenjena veća količina mineralnog đubriva, što je zapravo uobičajena praksa poljoprivrednih proizvođača Jablaničkog okruga.",

AB  - Tokom 2017., 2018. i 2019. godine ispitivana je primena NPK i N đubriva u jesenjem i prolećnom periodu na prinos,
sadržaj ulja u zrnu soje i prinos ulja po jedinici površine. Jesenja primena NPK đubriva uz predsetvenu primenu azotnog
đubriva AN ima najveći pozitivan efekat na prinos zrna i prinos ulja po jedinici površine. Predsetvena primena
azotnih đubriva, bez primene NPK đubriva ima mali efekat na povećanje prinosa zrna i ulja soje. Prolećna primena
NPK đubriva i azotnog đubriva AN povećava sadržaj ulja u zrnu, ali smanjuje prinos ulja po jedinici površine i prinos
zrna, u odnosu na jesenju primenu NPK đubriva.
AB  - During the years 2017, 2018 and 2019, application of NPK and N fertilizers was examined in autumn and spring periods,
as well as it’s influence on yield, soybean grain oil content and oil yield per area unit. Applying NPK fertilizer in
autumn along with a pre-sowing treatment with nitrogenous fertilizer AN has the greatest positive effect on grain and oil
yield per area unit. Pre-sowing application of nitrogenous fertilizers without the use of NPK fertilizer has a small effect
on the increasement of soybean grain and oil yields. Spring application of NPK fertilizers and nitrogenous fertilizer AN
increases grain oil content, but decreases oil yield per area unit and grain yield, when compared to autmn application
of NPK fertilizers.

AB  - In addition to the well-known use of medicinal plants in traditional
(popular) and official (modern) medicine, medicinal plants are
increasingly used in the very production of plants. More specifically, at
the beginning of the twentieth century, with the introduction of hitherto
unknown production methods (biodynamic and organic), the activities
concerning the use of this type of plants were intensified in various types
of plant production (arable, vegetable, fruit and viticultural and other), as
well as in the production of various plant nutrition and plant protection
products, of compost and similar products. In this paper discusses the use
of a certain portion of medicinal plant species, the ones which are
predominantly used in biodynamic and organic production.
The first part of the paper presents some of the most used medicinal
plant species used for this purpose: stinging nettle (Urtica dioica L.),
comfrey (Symphytum officinale Wallwort), dandelion (Taraxacum
officinalis Weber), garlic (Allium sativum L.), horsetail (Equisetum
arvense L.), chamomile (Chamomilla recutita (L.) Rausch.), tansy
(Tanacetum vulgare L.), yarrow (Achillea millefolium L.), pot marigold
(Calendula officinalis L.), valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.), marigolds
(Tagetes sp.) and burdock (Arctium lappa L.). As different organs are
used from these species, the time of the harvesting (picking) of these
species is of great importance. The most suitable picking moment is from
the beginning until the full blossom phase, because during this period,
the listed species are the richest in their typical active substances, microand
macro elements.
The second part briefly explains how and by what means the listed
species are used in biodynamic and organic production, how and in which
manner to prepare by some of the recipes for the making of individual
preparations, as well as what their purpose is in plant nutrition, plant
protection and/or the preparation of compost.
