AB  - In modern directions of food production, it is necessary to apply measures that would reduce the
possibility of soil degradation. The aim of the work was to determine the influence of effective
microorganisms on the basic parameters of soil biogenicity in the production of wheat and corn. The
experiment with wheat was carried out in 2019 and the experiment with maize in 2017.
Agroecological conditions in 2019 were optimal for wheat production. In 2017, unfavorable
agrometeorological conditions for maize production were recorded. In both experiments, the
microbiological preparation EM Aktiv with effective microorganisms was used. With wheat, it was
applied twice foliarly with 6 l ha-1. In the case of maize, EM Aktiv was introduced into the soil before
sowing at 20 l ha-1 and foliarly applied twice at 6 l ha-1. The rhizosphere soil was analyzed. The total
number of microorganisms and the abundance of Azotobacter in wheat were determined. In the case
of corn, the total number of microorganisms and the number of ammonifiers were determined. In both
experiments, an increase in the number of tested groups of microorganisms was found. The percentage
increase in abundance depended on the genotype of wheat and corn. Based on the results, it was
concluded that the application of effective microorganisms is necessary and that in sustainable food
production systems it should be a mandatory measure to preserve the basic resources for food
production.

AB  - The research was carried out in three vegetative seasons 2015/16, 2016/17, and 2018/19, on an experimental plot in Padinska Skela, Belgrade, Serbia. The supplement included four NPK treatments (kg ha−1) and foliar treatment with effective microorganisms (EM 7 l ha−1) T1-129: 60: 60; T2-129: 60: 60 + 1 EM; T3-106: 60: 60 + 2 EM ; T4-83: 60: 60 + 3 EM. Four wheat genotypes were sown (Ratarica, Pobeda, Nogal, and Apache). Thousand grain weight and grain yield were determined. The thousand grain weight (TGW) was in the variety Pobeda 43.73 g, and the highest grain yield was in the variety Ratarica 7.02 tha−1. Both varieties are medium late, bread varieties. The treatments have different effects on the studied variables. The TGW was the highest in the T2 treatment of 40.81 g and the grain yield in T3 of 6.62 t ha−1, which was at the level of statistical significance of p > 0.01. The crude protein content was highest in the treatment of T2 13.93% (p > 0.01).

Influence of zinc treatments on grain yield and grain quality of different maize genotypes

AB  - Maize production is intensified with a larger amount of mineral fertilisers in the era of meteorological conditions change, which leads to a decrease in the reserves of microelements in the soil. The aim of this study was to determine the influence of zinc application on grain yield, nitrogen and carbon content in grain of three maize genotypes in the period 2016–2018 (factor A). Factor B: cultivars ZP 427, ZP 548 and ZP 687 belonging to different maturation groups. Factor C: Various zinc treatments were applied: T1 – control; T2 – 25 kg Zn2+/ha (35 g of ZnSO4 on the experimental plot) was introduced into the soil before sowing; T3 – seed treatment (0.129 g of ZnSO4 • 7 H2O) + foliar treatment (2 L/ha liquid fertiliser 7% Zn2+). The average yield for all examined variables was 7.33 t/ha. On average, T2 (8.08 t/ha) treatment showed a highly significant effect on the yield in relation to T1 (7.03 t/ha) and on T3 (7.21 t/ha). On average, the amount of nitrogen determined for all cultivars was the highest in T3 (1.52%). The highest carbon content was in T1 (41.78%), which is at the level of significance of P < 0.01 more than T2 (41.46%), while in relation to T3 (40.99%) there is no significance.

AB  - Примена фолијарних ђубрења у току вегетационог периода соје
има позитиван ефекат на висину приноса и квалитет зрна соје. Циљ
овога двогодишњег истраживања је сагледавање утицаја фолијарне
примене НПК ђубрива са микроелементима и 3% раствора УРЕЕ на
принос код три сорте соје различите групе зрења. Година и сорта
имају статистички веома значајан утицај на висину приноса соје.
Фолијарна примена НПК ђубрива са микроелементима, као и
примена 3% раствора урее статистички веома значајно је повећала
принос соје, а статистички веома значајне разлике биле су и између
ова два примењена ђубрива.
AB  - The application of foliar fertilizers during the soybean vegetation
period has a positive effect on the yield and soybean grain quality. The
aim of this two-year study is to consider the effect of foliar application of
NPK fertilizers with microelements and 3% UREE solution on the yield
of three soybean varieties of different ripening groups. The year and
variety have a statistically very significant effect on soybean yield. Foliar
application of NPK fertilizers with microelements, as well as application
of 3% urea solution statistically significantly increased soybean yield, and
statistically very significant differences were between these two applied
fertilizers.

AB  - Пасуљ (Phaseoulus vulgaris) је биљна врста веома значајна за
исхрану људи. У Србији се гаји на релативно малим површинама и
са ниским приносом. Пасуљ има агротехнички значај, јер живи у
симбиози са бактеријама које фиксирају азот, те је погодан за
одрживу производњу. Циљ рада је био да се утврди значај примене
микробиолошког препарата на основне параметара биогености
земљишта и садржај протеина у зрну пасуља сорти Макса и Белко.
Укупан број бактерија био је повећан за 47,25%, а бројност
Аzotobacter-a за 102,86%. Садржај протеина у зрну, у просеку за обе
сорте, био је повећан за 3,94%. Може се закључити да примена
микробиолошких препарата треба да буде део обавезних
агротехничких мера.
AB  - Beans (Phaseoulus vulgaris) is a plant species very important for
human consumption. In Serbia, it is grown on relatively small areas and with low yields. Beans have agrotechnical significance, because they live
in symbiosis with bacteria that fix nitrogen, and are suitable for
sustainable production. The aim of this study was to determine the
significance of the application of a microbiological preparation on the
basic parameters of soil biogenicity and protein content in beans of Max
and Belko varieties. The total number of bacteria was increased by
47.25% and the number of Azotobacter by 102.86%. The protein content
in the grain, on average for both varieties, was increased by 3.94%. It can
be concluded that the use of microbiological preparations should be part
of the mandatory agrotechnical measures.

AB  - If the incorporation of organic matter from treated plots microbiological preparations can be significantly affected by changes in the microbial community of mineralization significantly bulky organic matter. The aim of the study was to determine the basic parameters of soil biogenicity before sowing soybeans on the parcels where the corn was pre-sown under the following fertilization variants: 1. Mineral fertilizer 100 kg N / ha; 2. Corn stalks; 3. Corn stalks + 80 kgN / ha; 4. Corn stalks + 80 kgN / ha +20 lit / ha EM Aktiv. At the beginning of vegetation, microbial soil characteristics up to a depth of 0-20 cm were determined according to the number of different physiological and systemic groups of microorganisms The total number of microorganisms as well as the number of tested microorganism groups had the highest values in variant 4. Given that the synthesis of humus is a long slow process, it can be concluded that the cultivation of maize and the introduction of different groups of microorganisms can affect significant processes in the soil.

AB  - У одрживој пољопривредној производњи уношењем великих група
бенефитних микроорганизама у агроекосистем могу да се испуне циљева
IFOAM-а. Микробиолошки препарати могу да се примене као основно или
допунско ђубрење у исхрани биљака.
Применом препарат са ефективним микроорганизама у земљиште и
фолијарно преко листа биљака постижу се стабилни приноси кукуруза уз
очување биогености земљишта. Оглед је изведен 2016. године на
земљишту типа чернозем К.О. Србобран.
Третмани су повећали масу 1000 зрна кукуруза хибрида Пионеер 0412,
(п<0,05), док је принос зрна био повећан на нивоу п<0,01 у односу на
контролу. Основни параметри биогености су такође били повећани.
Укупан број бактерија у зависности од начина примене ефективних
микроорганоизама био је повећан од 23,08-84,90%, а број азотобактера
од 45,21-69,25%. Испитиване особине имале су највеће вредности у
третману када се препарат унео предсетвено у земљиште и применио
фолијарно два пута у вегетацији.
AB  - A professional manager in food and beverage service refers to a relationship
between food service revenues, profit costs and total business results. The aim
of our paper is to show how to analyze the menu for the purpose of establishing
which item on the menu most contributes to the increase in profit in a virtual
practical case of hospitality industry. Further, we intend to suggest how to
determine the volume and sales and to generate profit in our operations -
business planning. Due to limited space, only some methods of profit planning
and menu analysis have been shown. In this paper we will present three most
popular methods of menu analysis, as they are based on three leading
philosophical principles of the menu analysis. Matrix analysis allows items on
the menu to be categorized depending on their being above or below the
average items, such as: percentage of price, popularity and margin. The
profitability of the menu will be analyzed, as well as preparation of the cost,
volume and profit analyses. In a number of cases interpretation of the menu
analysis applies and elaborates other mathematical formulae and calculations.
This is just one of the components of the menu analysis. What we intend to show
in the paper is that the menu analysis is not merely about numbers. Food and
beverage manager should be familiar with various sciences and their methods
so as to cross data and thus obtain valid results which will be of help in
realizing profits in the hospitality industry.

Microbiological activity of land and productivity of different genotypes of wheat in a sustainable system of production

AB  - The agriculture is the main sector where the greenhouse emission is the least reduced. In total emission of the nitrogen the agriculture in EU-28 in 2013 participated with 93%. One of the ways to reduce the greenhouse emission in the field of the food production are the sustainable systems such as the Precision Farming and the Law Input sustainable Agriculture. Law input sustainable agriculture in the world presents the largest way of food production especially from the aspect of energetic efficacy and improvement of the environment such as the preservation of the land quality. Wheat has very important place in the human nutrition especially in the undeveloped parts of the world there is bigger amount of the researches that are related to finding of profitable ways of the production with preservation of environment. With that aim have been done researches on experimental plot (test parcel) of the Institute PKB Agroekonomik in Padinska Skela (ΨN 440 56', λE 250 28') in vegetative period 2015/2016. The aim of the research was to explore the possibility of the cultivation of four genotypes of the wheat (Ratarica, Pobeda, Nogal, Apač) (factor A) by using organic fertilizers in the saving and foliar treatments with liquid microbiological preparation on the height of yield and microbiologic activity of the land in rhizosphere of the wheat. For foliar nutrition there was used liquid inoculate EM Aktiv where were mixed various types of effective microorganisms: Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus casei, Azotobacter chroococcum, Bac. subtilis, Bac. megaterium, Rhodopseudomona spalustris, Rodobacter sphaeroides, Saccharomyces carevisiae, Streptomyces albus, Streptomyces griseus. Fertilization: factor (B) was conceived in three variants. In the whole experiment in the autumn was put 400 kg NPK (15:15:15). For saving in the phase of twisting there were used: F1- mineral nitrogen fertilizer 150 kg.ha-1 (46% N); F2-1725 kg.ha-1 granulated poultry manure, (4,0% N, 2,7% P2O5, 2,2% K2O, MgO) 20 l.ha-1 of liquid microbiology inoculate in the soil + foliar treatment with 6 l.ha-1 of liquid microbiology inoculate in the phase of the tillering; and F3- 875 kg.ha-1 granulated poultry manure of the same formation + 20 l.ha-1 of liquid microbiology inoculate in the soil two foliar treatment in the phase of the tillering and stem elogation. The data were processed statistically by the method of the analyse of the variance by the method of two factorial split plot experiment and the importance of the differences between the treatment was tested with LSD test. Correlative coefficients have been also determined (Statistica 12.0). Examined variables statistically influenced with high importance (p<0,01) on the dinamics of the microorganisms (total amount of the microorganisms, numerosity of Azotobacter-a, free living nitrogen fixing and dehydrogenase activity). The best competitive relation with microbe population in rhizosphera had the sort Nogal where there was determined the highest numerosity of the examinees groups of the microorganisms that was in correlative relation with the height of the yield (6,80 t.ha-1). On the height of the yield significant influence (p<0,05) had a genotype, while the fertilisation din not have significant influence on the height of the yield.
AB  - Poljoprivreda je glavni sektor u kojoj je emisija štetnih gasova najmanje smanjena. U ukupnoj emisiji azota poljoprivreda u EU-28 u 2013. godini učestvovala je sa 93%. Jedan od načina smanjenja emisije štetnih gasova u oblasti proizvodnje hrane jesu održivi sistemi kao što je precizna proizvodnja (Precision Farming), i proizvodnja niskih ulaganja (Low input sustainable Agriculture). Low input sustainable agriculture u svetu predstavlja najšire prihvaćen način proizvodnje hrane, prvenstveno sa aspekta energetske efikasnosti i unapređenja životne sredine, odnosno očuvanja kvaliteta zemljišta. S obzirom da pšenici pripada veoma značajno mesto u ishrani ljudi i u razvijenim, a posebno u nerazvijenim delovima sveta, sve je veći broj istraživanja koja se odnose na iznalaženje profitabilnih načina prizvodnje uz očuvanje životne sredine. U tom cilju su sprovedena istraživanja na oglednoj parceli Instituta PKB Agroekonomik u Padinskoj Skeli (ΨN 440 56', λE 250 28') u vegetacionom periodu 2015/2016 godine. Cilј istrаživаnjа biо је istrаžiti mоgućnоst gајеnjа čеtiri gеnоtipа pšеnicе (Rаtаricа, Pоbеdа, Nоgаl, Аpаč) (fаktоr А) kоrišćеnjеm оrgаnskih đubrivа u uštеdu i fоliјаrnim trеtmаnimа sа tеčnоm mikrоbiоlоškоm priprеmоm nа visini prinоs i mikrоbiоlоšku аktivnоst zеmlјištа u rizоsfеri pšеnicе. Za folijarnu ishranu korišćen je tečni inokulat EM Aktiv u kome su se nalazile smešane različite vrste efektivnih mikroorganizama Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus casei, Azotobacter chroococcum, Bac. subtilis, Bac. megaterium, Rhodopseudomona spalustris, Rodobacter sphaeroides, Saccharomyces carevisiae, Streptomyces albus, Streptomyces griseus. Đubrenje faktor (B) je bilo koncipirano u tri varijante. Na celom ogledu u jesen je uneto 400 kg NPK (15:15:15). Za prihranu u fazi bokorenja je korišćeno: F1- mineralno azotno đubrivo 150 kg.ha-1 (46% N); F2-1725 kg.ha-1 granulirani živinski stajnjak (4,0% N, 2,7% P2O5, 2,2% K2O, MgO) + 20 l.ha-1 tečnog mikrobiološkog inokulata + folijarni tretman sa 6 l.ha-1 istog mikrobiološkog inokulata; i F3- 875 kg ha-1 granulirani živinski stajnjak iste formulacije + 20 l.ha-1 tečnog mikrobiološkog inokulata + dva folijarna tretmana u fazi bokorenja i vlatanja. Podaci su obrađeni statistički metodom analize varijanse po metodi dvofaktorijalnog split-plot ogleda, a značajnost razlika između tretmana testirana je LSD testom. Takođe, utvrđeni su korelacioni koeficijenti (Statistica 12.0). Ispitivane varijable su statistički visoko značajno (p<0,01) uticale na dinamiku brojnosti osnovnih grupa mikroorganizama (ukupan broj mikroorganizama, brojnost Azotobacter-a, slobodno živući azotofiksatori i dehidrogenazna aktivnost). Najbolji kompetitivni odnos sa mikrobnom populacijom u rizosferi je imala sorta Nogal, kod koje je utvrđena najveća brojnost ispitivanih grupa mikroorganizama, što je bilo u korelativnom odnosu sa visinom prinosa (6,80 t.ha-1). Na visina prinosa statistički značajno (p>0,05) je uticao genotip, dok đubrenje nije sttistički značajno uticalo na visinu prinosa. Đubrenje F2 je statistički značajno uticalo na visinu prinosa dok između F1 i F3 đubrenja nije bilo ststističke značajnosti.

The best competitive relation with microbe population in rhizosphera had the sort Nogal where there was determined the highest numerosity of the examinees groups of the microorganisms that was in correlative relation with the height of the yield (6,80 t.ha-1). On the height of the yield significant influence (p<0,05) had a genotype, while the fertilisation din not have significant influence on the height of the yield., Poljoprivreda je glavni sektor u kojoj je emisija štetnih gasova najmanje smanjena. U ukupnoj emisiji azota poljoprivreda u EU-28 u 2013. godini učestvovala je sa 93%. Jedan od načina smanjenja emisije štetnih gasova u oblasti proizvodnje hrane jesu održivi sistemi kao što je precizna proizvodnja (Precision Farming), i proizvodnja niskih ulaganja (Low input sustainable Agriculture). Low input sustainable agriculture u svetu predstavlja najšire prihvaćen način proizvodnje hrane, prvenstveno sa aspekta energetske efikasnosti i unapređenja životne sredine, odnosno očuvanja kvaliteta zemljišta. S obzirom da pšenici pripada veoma značajno mesto u ishrani ljudi i u razvijenim, a posebno u nerazvijenim delovima sveta, sve je veći broj istraživanja koja se odnose na iznalaženje profitabilnih načina prizvodnje uz očuvanje životne sredine. U tom cilju su sprovedena istraživanja na oglednoj parceli Instituta PKB Agroekonomik u Padinskoj Skeli (ΨN 440 56', λE 250 28') u vegetacionom periodu 2015/2016 godine. Cilј istrаživаnjа biо је istrаžiti mоgućnоst gајеnjа čеtiri gеnоtipа pšеnicе (Rаtаricа, Pоbеdа, Nоgаl, Аpаč) (fаktоr А) kоrišćеnjеm оrgаnskih đubrivа u uštеdu i fоliјаrnim trеtmаnimа sа tеčnоm mikrоbiоlоškоm priprеmоm nа visini prinоs i mikrоbiоlоšku аktivnоst zеmlјištа u rizоsfеri pšеnicе. Za folijarnu ishranu korišćen je tečni inokulat EM Aktiv u kome su se nalazile smešane različite vrste efektivnih mikroorganizama Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus casei, Azotobacter chroococcum, Bac. subtilis, Bac. megaterium, Rhodopseudomona spalustris, Rodobacter sphaeroides, Saccharomyces carevisiae, Streptomyces albus, Streptomyces griseus. Đubrenje faktor (B) je bilo koncipirano u tri varijante. Na celom ogledu u jesen je uneto 400 kg NPK (15:15:15). Za prihranu u fazi bokorenja je korišćeno: F1- mineralno azotno đubrivo 150 kg.ha-1 (46% N); F2-1725 kg.ha-1 granulirani živinski stajnjak (4,0% N, 2,7% P2O5, 2,2% K2O, MgO) + 20 l.ha-1 tečnog mikrobiološkog inokulata + folijarni tretman sa 6 l.ha-1 istog mikrobiološkog inokulata; i F3- 875 kg ha-1 granulirani živinski stajnjak iste formulacije + 20 l.ha-1 tečnog mikrobiološkog inokulata + dva folijarna tretmana u fazi bokorenja i vlatanja. Podaci su obrađeni statistički metodom analize varijanse po metodi dvofaktorijalnog split-plot ogleda, a značajnost razlika između tretmana testirana je LSD testom. Takođe, utvrđeni su korelacioni koeficijenti (Statistica 12.0). Ispitivane varijable su statistički visoko značajno (p<0,01) uticale na dinamiku brojnosti osnovnih grupa mikroorganizama (ukupan broj mikroorganizama, brojnost Azotobacter-a, slobodno živući azotofiksatori i dehidrogenazna aktivnost). Najbolji kompetitivni odnos sa mikrobnom populacijom u rizosferi je imala sorta Nogal, kod koje je utvrđena najveća brojnost ispitivanih grupa mikroorganizama, što je bilo u korelativnom odnosu sa visinom prinosa (6,80 t.ha-1). Na visina prinosa statistički značajno (p>0,05) je uticao genotip, dok đubrenje nije sttistički značajno uticalo na visinu prinosa. Đubrenje F2 je statistički značajno uticalo na visinu prinosa dok između F1 i F3 đubrenja nije bilo ststističke značajnosti.",
