Influence of effective microorganisms on the basic parameters of soil biogenicity in the production of wheat and corn

AB  - In modern directions of food production, it is necessary to apply measures that would reduce the
possibility of soil degradation. The aim of the work was to determine the influence of effective
microorganisms on the basic parameters of soil biogenicity in the production of wheat and corn. The
experiment with wheat was carried out in 2019 and the experiment with maize in 2017.
Agroecological conditions in 2019 were optimal for wheat production. In 2017, unfavorable
agrometeorological conditions for maize production were recorded. In both experiments, the
microbiological preparation EM Aktiv with effective microorganisms was used. With wheat, it was
applied twice foliarly with 6 l ha-1. In the case of maize, EM Aktiv was introduced into the soil before
sowing at 20 l ha-1 and foliarly applied twice at 6 l ha-1. The rhizosphere soil was analyzed. The total
number of microorganisms and the abundance of Azotobacter in wheat were determined. In the case
of corn, the total number of microorganisms and the number of ammonifiers were determined. In both
experiments, an increase in the number of tested groups of microorganisms was found. The percentage
increase in abundance depended on the genotype of wheat and corn. Based on the results, it was
concluded that the application of effective microorganisms is necessary and that in sustainable food
production systems it should be a mandatory measure to preserve the basic resources for food
production.

AB  - Agriculture has managed to produce enough food for the accelerated population
growth, which has led to environmental transformation and increasingly intensive exploitation of
both renewable and non-renewable natural resources. The use of synthetic plant protection
agents and fertilizers can lead to negative consequences in food production. Identification of
agricultural food production systems is gaining importance in order to protect human health and
the environment. Interest in the cultivation of certain plant species with an innovative approach
to cultivation and technology has grown significantly. Organic and integrated agriculture implies
the use of natural products while limiting or completely eliminating the use of synthetic
resources. Knowledge of the mineral composition in tomato samples can be used as a potent tool
in the identification of chemical markers as potential indicators of the farming system. The goal of
the research is to determine the impact of different production systems on the content of
macroelements in the fruits of different types of tomatoes.

AB  - Kišne gliste iz porodice Lumbricidae su indikatori kvaliteta zemljišta, tako da je monitoring populacija kišnih glista u agroekosistemima od suštinskog značaja. Cilj ovog rada je bio da se izvrši kvalitativna i kvantitativna anliza zajednica kišnih glista na poljima pšenice u uslovima plodoreda sa različitom obradom. Terenska istraživanja su sprovedena na lokalitetu Rimski Šančevi, tokom proleća i jeseni 2021. godine. Materijal
je uzorkovan sa polja pšenice, koja su bila dvopolja (pšenica i kukuruz) sa
različitom obradom i to: neđubreno, đubreno oranje i đubreno
konzervacijska obrada. Utvrđeno je prisustvo 3 endogeične vrste, iz dva
roda i to: Allolobophora i Aporrectodea. Ukupan broj jedinki je bio najveći
u đubrenom dvopolju sa konzervacijskom obradom. Broj juvenilnih
jedinki je veći tokom prolećne sezone, u odnosu na jesenju. Analizom
zoogeografskih tipova, utvrđeno je prisustvo peregrinih, kosmopolitskih
vrsta, koje imaju visok prag tolerancije na nepovoljne uslove sredine. U svim proučavanim poljima, zajednice kišnih glista su siromašne i
uniformne.

AB  - The research was carried out in three vegetative seasons 2015/16, 2016/17, and 2018/19, on an experimental plot in Padinska Skela, Belgrade, Serbia. The supplement included four NPK treatments (kg ha−1) and foliar treatment with effective microorganisms (EM 7 l ha−1) T1-129: 60: 60; T2-129: 60: 60 + 1 EM; T3-106: 60: 60 + 2 EM ; T4-83: 60: 60 + 3 EM. Four wheat genotypes were sown (Ratarica, Pobeda, Nogal, and Apache). Thousand grain weight and grain yield were determined. The thousand grain weight (TGW) was in the variety Pobeda 43.73 g, and the highest grain yield was in the variety Ratarica 7.02 tha−1. Both varieties are medium late, bread varieties. The treatments have different effects on the studied variables. The TGW was the highest in the T2 treatment of 40.81 g and the grain yield in T3 of 6.62 t ha−1, which was at the level of statistical significance of p > 0.01. The crude protein content was highest in the treatment of T2 13.93% (p > 0.01).

AB  - Soja je leguminoza sposobna da usvaja elementarni azot iz vazduha zahvaljujući simbiozi sa kvržičnim bakterijama. Inokulacija semena soje visokoefektivnim bakterijama povećava usvajanje azota i pozitivno deluje na ostvareni prinos. Cilj ovoga rada je sagledavanje uticaja primene NS Nitragina na prinos šest sorti soje različitih grupa zrenja. Inokulacija statistički veoma značajno povećava prinos soje, a povećanje se u proseku kretalo od 6,13% kod sorte NS Zoja do 8,49% kod sorte Sava.
AB  - Soybeans are legumes capable of absorbing elemental nitrogen from the air thanks to symbiosis with symbiotic bacteria. Inoculation of soybean seeds with highly effective bacteria increases nitrogen uptake and has a positive effect on the achieved yield. The aim of this paper is to consider the effect of NS Nitragine application on the yield of six soybean cultivars of different maturation groups. Inoculation statistically significantly increased soybean yield, and the increase ranged from 6.13% in the cultivar NS Zoja to 8.49% in the cultivar Sava.

AB  - Maize production is intensified with a larger amount of mineral fertilisers in the era of meteorological conditions change, which leads to a decrease in the reserves of microelements in the soil. The aim of this study was to determine the influence of zinc application on grain yield, nitrogen and carbon content in grain of three maize genotypes in the period 2016–2018 (factor A). Factor B: cultivars ZP 427, ZP 548 and ZP 687 belonging to different maturation groups. Factor C: Various zinc treatments were applied: T1 – control; T2 – 25 kg Zn2+/ha (35 g of ZnSO4 on the experimental plot) was introduced into the soil before sowing; T3 – seed treatment (0.129 g of ZnSO4 • 7 H2O) + foliar treatment (2 L/ha liquid fertiliser 7% Zn2+). The average yield for all examined variables was 7.33 t/ha. On average, T2 (8.08 t/ha) treatment showed a highly significant effect on the yield in relation to T1 (7.03 t/ha) and on T3 (7.21 t/ha). On average, the amount of nitrogen determined for all cultivars was the highest in T3 (1.52%). The highest carbon content was in T1 (41.78%), which is at the level of significance of P < 0.01 more than T2 (41.46%), while in relation to T3 (40.99%) there is no significance.

veća za 16,94%, a primena efektivnih mikroorganizama samo u zemljište
je povećala prinos zrna pasulja za 46,02% u odnosu na kontrolu. Primena
preparata sa Tr. atroviride je za 17,13% povećala masu 1000 zrna, a
prinos za 56,58 %.
AB  - The application of various microbiological preparations is increasingly
present in agricultural production, because they affect more stable
production and environmental protection. The paper analyzed the
influence of microbiological preparations, namely: a preparation with
effective microorganisms and a preparation with spores of the fungus
Trichoderma atroviride on the weight of 1000 seeds and the grain yield of
bean. Both preparations in the experiment had a significant effect on the
tested properties of two varieties of beans, Zlatko and Maksa. Effective
microorganisms applied to the soil and foliar during the growing season
had the effect that the weight of 1000 grains was greater by 16.94%, and
the application of effective microorganisms only to the soil increased the
bean grain yield by 46.02 % compared to the control. Application of
preparations with Tr. atroviride increased the mass of 1000 grains by
17.13 %, and the yield by 56.58 %.

AB  - The aim of this study was to determine the grain protein content of wheat varieties grown under different application rates of effective microorganisms (EM) and nitrogen, and two sowing rates. Three-year research was conducted at the experimental filed of the Scientific Institute PKB Agroekonomik Padinska Skela, using four varieties of wheat (Ratarica, Pobeda, Nogal and Apache), two sowing densities of 400 and 500 seeds/m2 and T1 fertilization (150 kg/ha N); T2 (150 kg/ha N + one foliar treatment, T3 (100 kg/ha N + two foliar treatments), and T4 (50 kg/ha N + three foliar treatments). The preparation EM Aktiv 7 l/ha, a mixture of multiple selected microorganisms, was used for foliar treatment with EM. The average protein content was 13.95% and was statistically significantly dependent on the variety, fertilization, and their interaction p<0.01. The Ratarica and Pobeda varieties had the highest grain protein content. T3 treatment had the greatest impact on grain protein content in all three years of research, by using effective microorganisms, the level of protein in the grain can be maintained when the amount of nitrogen is reduced.

AB  - The aim of this study was to determine the influence foliar application of the microbiological preparation (EM Aktiv) with a mixture of different groups of microorganisms (on different genotypes of wheat in sustainable agricultural production on the weight of 1000 grains and grain yield.) The research was conducted in the period 2016/2017-2018/2019 (factor A) in the region of Vojvodina, Serbia, which includes four varieties of wheat (factor B). Factor C three variants of nitrogen are provided for wheat nutrition: 129, 106 and 83 kgˑha-1. During the vegetation, applications were performed with the microbiological preparation "EM Aktiv": F0 129 kgˑha-1 without EM, F1 129 kgˑha-1 + 1 x EM; F2 106 kgˑha-1 + 2 x EM; F3 83 kgˑha-1 + 3 x EM. At the end of the growing season, the weight of 1000 grains and the grain yield were measured. Factors A and B had an effect on the increase of the tested traits p<0.01. The highest values were recorded in 2018/2019. Factor C affected an increase in the weight of 1000 grains from 0.14% (F3) to 1.91% (F1). The differences in grain yield were significantly influenced by treatments (C) (p<0.05). The increase was from 1.91 % (F3) to 4.76 % (F1).

AB  - The application of methods in the field of biophysics, such as the pulsating
electromagnetic field (PEMP) to biological organisms, many studies are performed that indicate
specific changes and efficient action on various biochemical processes of cells in plants. The
obtained results do not depend only on the plant species, but also on the climatic conditions,
agrotechnical measures and exposure time, intensity and nature of the fields used in the research.
The aim of the study was the effect of stimulation of soybean seeds with PEMP. Soybean seeds
are rich in quality proteins, oils and fats. The three-year research period 2013-2015 implied
different agrometeorological conditions. Soybean seeds of the Valjevka variety were used.
Soybeans were grown with different amounts of organic granular poultry manure (control - no
fertilization, 750 kg.ha-1
i 1300 kg.ha-1
). Seed stimulation was performed before sowing with
PEMP low frequency 15 Hz and exposure of 30 minutes. Seed stimulation efficiency was very

electromagnetic field (PEMP) to biological organisms, many studies are performed that indicate
specific changes and efficient action on various biochemical processes of cells in plants. The
obtained results do not depend only on the plant species, but also on the climatic conditions,
agrotechnical measures and exposure time, intensity and nature of the fields used in the research.
The aim of the study was the effect of stimulation of soybean seeds with PEMP. Soybean seeds
are rich in quality proteins, oils and fats. The three-year research period 2013-2015 implied
different agrometeorological conditions. Soybean seeds of the Valjevka variety were used.
Soybeans were grown with different amounts of organic granular poultry manure (control - no
fertilization, 750 kg.ha-1
i 1300 kg.ha-1
). Seed stimulation was performed before sowing with
PEMP low frequency 15 Hz and exposure of 30 minutes. Seed stimulation efficiency was very

AB  - In the last few decades, new soybean varieties with different characteristics, grain quality and
purpose have been created, contributing to its expansion and increase in the cultivation area.
Thanks to good agronomic characteristics, soybean has found its place in sustainable production
systems. In order to increase the yield and quality of grain in sustainable soybean growing
systems, different foliar treatments with different active substances have been increasingly
applied. The aim of the study was to determine the impact of the application of EM Aktiv with
effective microorganisms on the number of pods per plant, weight of 1000 grains and grain yield
of different soybean cultivars grown in an integrated cultivation system. The research was
conducted in the period 2016-2019 in the experimental field of the Institute of Field and
Vegetable Crops Novi Sad. Varieties from three maturing groups Galina (0 group), Sava (I
group) and Rubin (II group) were grown. Variants of fertilization application were: T1 control,
T2 EM Aktiv was applied to the soil before sowing 20 l.ha-1, and later in vegetation 6 l.ha-1 (the
first foliar treatment in the phase of three to four trefoils and the second before flowering in the
budding phase), T3 NPK 8:15:15 300 kg.ha-1 in basic treatment and T4 combination of T2 and
T3 treatments. On average for all three years of the study were found statistically significant
differences between the variables in all properties. The highest values were determined when
applying T4 treatment. The number of pods was 55.92, the weight of 1000 grains was 163.61 g
and the yield was 4.240 kg.ha-1. The cultivar Rubin (II maturing group) showed the highest
values for all examined variables on average after all treatments.

AB  - Примена фолијарних ђубрења у току вегетационог периода соје
има позитиван ефекат на висину приноса и квалитет зрна соје. Циљ
овога двогодишњег истраживања је сагледавање утицаја фолијарне
примене НПК ђубрива са микроелементима и 3% раствора УРЕЕ на
принос код три сорте соје различите групе зрења. Година и сорта
имају статистички веома значајан утицај на висину приноса соје.
Фолијарна примена НПК ђубрива са микроелементима, као и
примена 3% раствора урее статистички веома значајно је повећала
принос соје, а статистички веома значајне разлике биле су и између
ова два примењена ђубрива.
AB  - The application of foliar fertilizers during the soybean vegetation
period has a positive effect on the yield and soybean grain quality. The
aim of this two-year study is to consider the effect of foliar application of
NPK fertilizers with microelements and 3% UREE solution on the yield
of three soybean varieties of different ripening groups. The year and
variety have a statistically very significant effect on soybean yield. Foliar
application of NPK fertilizers with microelements, as well as application
of 3% urea solution statistically significantly increased soybean yield, and
statistically very significant differences were between these two applied
fertilizers.

AB  - Пасуљ (Phaseoulus vulgaris) је биљна врста веома значајна за
исхрану људи. У Србији се гаји на релативно малим површинама и
са ниским приносом. Пасуљ има агротехнички значај, јер живи у
симбиози са бактеријама које фиксирају азот, те је погодан за
одрживу производњу. Циљ рада је био да се утврди значај примене
микробиолошког препарата на основне параметара биогености
земљишта и садржај протеина у зрну пасуља сорти Макса и Белко.
Укупан број бактерија био је повећан за 47,25%, а бројност
Аzotobacter-a за 102,86%. Садржај протеина у зрну, у просеку за обе
сорте, био је повећан за 3,94%. Може се закључити да примена
микробиолошких препарата треба да буде део обавезних
агротехничких мера.

human consumption. In Serbia, it is grown on relatively small areas and with low yields. Beans have agrotechnical significance, because they live
in symbiosis with bacteria that fix nitrogen, and are suitable for
sustainable production. The aim of this study was to determine the
significance of the application of a microbiological preparation on the
basic parameters of soil biogenicity and protein content in beans of Max
and Belko varieties. The total number of bacteria was increased by
47.25% and the number of Azotobacter by 102.86%. The protein content
in the grain, on average for both varieties, was increased by 3.94%. It can
be concluded that the use of microbiological preparations should be part
of the mandatory agrotechnical measures.

AB  - Tokom 2016., 2017. i 2018. godine ispitivana je primena NPK đubriva, efektivnih mikroorganizama i kombinacija NPK

AB  - The  aim  of  this  study  was  to  analyze  the  effect  of  biostimulants  on  the  morphological  characteristics  of  soybean  seedlings.  The testing  was  conducted  in  the  laboratory  of  the  Faculty  of  Biofarming  in  Bačka  Topola.  The  experimental  material  included  three soybean  varieties  (‘Galina’,  ‘Sava’  and  ‘Rubin’)  selected  at  the  Institute  of  Field  and  Vegetable  Crops  in  Novi  Sad.  The  study  lasted for  two  years,  2015–2016,  and  identical  biostimulant  treatments  were  applied  in  both  years.  In  order  to  determine  the  effect  of biostimulants  on  soybean  seedling  root,  hypocotyl  and  weight,  the  following  commercial  biostimulants  were  applied:  EM  Aktiv, Terra  Green  Hobby,  Slavol  and  Bioplant  Flora.  In  addition  to  the  single  application  of  biostimulants,  two  combinations  of  Slavol  + Bioplant  Flora  and  Slavol  +  Bioplant  Flora  +  Epin  Extra  +  Slavol  S  were  used  as  treatments.  EM  Aktiv  showed  the  greatest  effect  on root  growth.  The  root  was  on  average  12%  longer  than  the  control.  Slavol  S  had  the  greatest  influence  on  seedling  hypocotyl  and weight. The  increase was  8.24% and  5.15%,  respectively, compared  with the control.
AB  - Циљ рада био је  да  се  испита  деловање  биостимулатори  на  морфолошке  особине  клијанца  соје.  Тестирање  је  спроведено у лабораторији Факултета  за  биофарминг  у  Бачкој  Тополи.  Експериментални  материјал  су  биле  три сорте  соје  (Галина, Сава  и  Рубин)  селекционисане    на  Институту  за  ратарство  и  повртарство  у  Новом  Саду.  Истраживање  је  трајало  две године,  2015–2016,  и  у  обе  године  примењени  су  идентични  третмани  са  биостимулаторима.  У  сврху  утврђивања утицаја  биостимулатора  на  дужину  корена,  дужину  надземног  дела  и  масу  клијанца  соје  примењени  су  различити комерцијални  биостимулатори  под  називом:  EM  Aktiv,  Terra  Green  Hobby,  Slavol  и  Bioplant  Flora.  Поред  појединачне примене  биостимулатора,  као  третмани  коришћене  су  и  две  комбинације  Slavol  +  Bioplant  Flora  и  Slavol  +  Bioplant  Flora  + Epin  Extra  +  Slavol  S.  Резултати  истраживања  су  показали  да  примена  адекватног  биостимулатора  утиче  позитивно  на морфолошке  особине  клијанца  соје,  док  неадекватна  комбинација  биостимулатора  доводи  до  инхибиторног  деловања. EM  Aktiv  је  показао  највећи  ефекат  на  раст  корена.  Корен  је  у  просеку  био  12%  дужи  од  контроле.  Slavol  S  је  показао највећи  утицај  на хипокотил  и  тежину  садница. Повећање је  било  8,24%  и 5,15% у поређењу са контролом.

AB  - The aim of the study was to determine the effects of applying effective microorganisms (EM) on the basic microbiological parameters of soil and soybean yield biological value. The research was conducted in the period 2016-2018. Factor A are the years 2016-2018, factor B are soybean genotypes Galina, Sava, Rubin, and factor C application of EM: variant 1 was control, variant 2 was EM in soil 20 lha-1 and foliar treatment in the stage of plant development from three to four trefoils and budding stage, 5 lha-1, variant 3 was NPK fertilizer (8:15:15), 300 kgha-1, and variant 4 was a combination of variant 2 and variant 3. During full flowering, the basic parameters of soil biogenicity were determined by the total number of microorganisms (TNB) and the number of azotobacter (AZT) and grain yield at the end of the growing period. The examined factors had a statistically significant influence on the examined parameters. Soil biogenicity parameters in variant 4 EM + NPK were statistically significantly (p lt 0.01) higher than control and variant 3. Variant 2 affected a higher number of p lt 0.01 compared to control, while compared to other variants significance was p lt 0.05 (factor B). The highest number of all examined parameters was in the rhizosphere of Rubin genotype (factor C). Variant 2 with EM increased in yield of 13.29% compared to the control which was at the level (p lt 0.05) and with the application of EM + NPK variant 4 the yield was higher by 15.95% which was at the level (p lt 0.01) of significance.
AB  - Cilj istraživanja bio je da se utvrdi efekat primene efektivnih mikroorganizama (EM) na osnovne mikrobiološke parametre biogenosti zemljišta i visinu prinosa zrna soje. Istraživanja su sprovedena u periodu 2016-2018. Faktor A su gpdine 2016-2018; faktor B genotip soje Galina, Sava, Rubin i faktor C primena EM: varijanta 1kontrola, varijanta 2-EM u zemljište 20 l/ha i folijarni tretmana u fazi razvoja biljaka od tri do četiri troliske i fazi butonizacije, 5 lha-1); varijanta 3-NPK đubriva (8:15:15), 300 kgha-1 i varijanta 4 - varijanta 2 + varijanta 3. U toku punog cvetanja utvrđeni su osnovni parametri biogenosti zemljišta ukupan broj mikroorganizama (TNB) i brojnost azotobaktera (AZB) i visinu prinosa zrna na kraju vegetacije. Ispitivani faktori su imali statistički značajan uticaj na ispitivane parametre. Parametri biogenosti zemljišta kod varijante 4 EM+NPK statistički značajno (p lt 0,01) bili veći od kontrole i varijante 3. Varijanta 2 uticala je naveću brojnost p lt 0,01 u odnosu na kontrolu dok u odnosu na druge varijante značajnost je bila p lt 0,05 (factor B). U rizosferi genotipa Rubin utvrđena je najveća brojnost svih ispitivanih parametara (faktor C). Varijanta 2 sa EM uticala je na povećanje prinosa od 13,29% u odnosu na kontrolu što je bilo na nivou (p lt 0,05), a sa primenom EM+NPK varijanta 4 prinos je bio veći za 15,95% što je bilo na nivou (p lt 0,01) značajnosti.
